1Bidder MUST fully comply with the scope of works, which include the supply, delivery and installation for the Provision of Predictive Maintenance Simulation Analysis Software for MIMOS Berhad at MIMOS designated location based on Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) as specified in the Competitive Bidding document, Bill of Quantities/ Price Schedules.M

1.1SECTION A: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1.3Bidder MUST be able to resolve Critical & Major incidents raised by MIMOS within 72 hours.M

3.1.1Bidder MUST deliver the software within one (1) month after receiving order (ARO) of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) or ealier.M

3.3USER ACCEPTANCE TEST (UAT)

3.4WARRANTY AND SUPPORT

3.4.1Bidder MUST provide one (1) year warranty and support services and the its related documentation.M

3.4.2Bidder MUST provide software manuals in the form of softcopy to MIMOS on all the supplied software.M

4SECTION D: OTHER REQUIREMENTS

4.1.1Bidder MUST provide trainings of the supplied software.M

4.1.2Data Analytic and Machine LearningTraining for five (5) days for three (3) persons.M

4.2BIDDER EXPERIENCE

4.2.1Bidder’s technical support engineers MUST have the relevant experience and be capable to handle the following level. Bidder to provide evidence.M

4.2.2Level 1 - Remote and onsite support (if required) by bidder.M

4.2.3Level 2 - Online support by principle.M

4.2.4Level 3 - Specialist support from principle through bidder.M

4.2.6Bidder is preferably MIMOS Technology recipients.G

4.2.7Bidder to provide list of client reference (latest completed or ongoing), authorized contact persons and contact number.G

4.2.8Bidder should be able to share best practices for effective usage of the software. Bidder to provide sample.G

4.2.9Bidder should have minimum of Two (2) years experience in the same field and support. Bidder to provide evidence.G

4.3CONTRACT DOCUMENT

4.3.1Bidder MUST use the draft agreement provided by MIMOS as the contract document for this provision.M

4.3.2Bidders MUST NOT alter or amend or revise any of its content, terms or clauses in the draft agreement except for purpose of completing the information regarding to bidder’s offer.M

4.3.3Any stamp duties and cost related to the preparation of the contract document MUST be borne fully by the bidder.M

4.3.4Bidders MUST attend the contract document meeting which shall be held before the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) is issued. Bidder MUST fully understand the content of the agreement prior to the meeting.M

4.3.5Bidder MUST ensure that the contract document is signed, stamped and return to MIMOS Procurement Department within the stipulated period as define by Procurement Department during the meeting specified in item 4.3.4 above failing which MIMOS will hold any payments to the bidder.M
