General Process
2
For the audit to be successful, the working groups will prepare the documentation needed to fulfill the audit criteria/checklist. The WG will then answer the audit criteria/checklist and get feedback from members through the Advice Process in the forum. Once the audit checklist is complete and final, it will be saved in each WG section in the TEC Forum for mutual monitoring.

The WG’s completed audit checklist form and their corresponding documentation will be presented to the community every 3 months for review, but each WG may request an audit if they want to improve their transparency in between the reviews.

Tips for better documentation and transparency
8
Update the manifesto and roadmap as needed.
9
On the first page of the manifesto, put the date when it was last reviewed/updated.
10
Communicate the relevant documents and the changes made to the members in any way.
11
Assign each Github issue to only one contributor for clearer ownership and mutual accountability.
12
It would be nice, but not necessary, that decisions affecting the majority of the community go through the Forum Voting Process.
