Here is where I put any pitch calls that I see that intrigue me, notes from editors I've talked to about pitching, and any details about what they might want. Then I include pitches I've sent, usually only for the first or second pitch. Once I regularly pitch an editor I take them off this list. This is for places that I want to pitch but haven't yet, or places that have asked me to pitch them.
