Have always coached both my sons on all youth sports. I also think that I can contribute greatly to the program given my years of experience as both a player and a coach.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge of baseball to the youth of our community. It's rewarding to watch player improvement throughout the season.
Continuing the relationships we have with Strike Zone, DBat, Hack Shack etc. in order to keep organizing coaching clinics. Quality coaching continually seems to be something the league struggles to find every season.

I have been a manager at MPLL nearly every fall and spring since 2009. I have most recently (spring 2018) been a manager for a minor league team (Angels), an assistant coach for the major league Nationals, and a assistant coach for the NL 12U All-stars.

We need to do a better job of showing the value of MPLL to drive more players to the league. Additionally, we need to have a stronger group of coaches to develop them.
