7 | Thank you for your interest in Anderson Place Apartments! We are proud to offer a unique Individual Lease Program which includes a successful self-selection process for housemate matching that puts YOU in control of finding the perfect lifestyle fit! It's as easy as 1 - 2 - 3! (1) Simply click on the "2x1" tab below to view available rooms within our 2 bedroom apartments and view the lifestyle preferences of those who have already secured a lease with us. (2) We encourage you to reach out to anyone who is listed on the spreadsheets to assess compatibility prior to signing a lease. You can talk about things like what brings you to Davis, your lifestyle habits, or disclose dealbreakers like animal allergies. Learning about your housemates prior to signing a lease will help enhance your Davis housing experience at Anderson Place! (Remember: Anderson Place Residents who have already signed a lease cannot screen or deny applicants for any reason!) (3) Once you have selected a unit and room please text us immediately at (530) 650 - 6008 and we can begin the lease signing process as rooms are available on a first-come-first-serve basis coinciding with a lease signature. PLEASE NOTE: You must self-select an apartment and sign a lease to secure the space for fall. Rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Pricing, if listed here, is a temporary special while supplies last and are subject to change at any time. Let's get started! | |||||||
