1	Use this spreadsheet to check your bCourses site for readiness prior to the first day of the semester. Instructions: 1. Make a copy of this spreadsheet. Change the title of the spreadsheet to the title of your course. 2. Add the Course URL below. 3. Check the items in column A. Update the status in column C by using the drop-down menu. Course URL:

5	All Modules, Pages, and Assignments that you would like students to access are published	Go to the following tabs in left navigation: - "Modules" - "Pages" (click "View All Pages") - "Assignments" The little circle icons should be green (NOT gray). Click on a circle icon to publish/unpublish the page.
6	Syllabus is updated and added to course	How do I use the Syllabus as an instructor? If using a doc, update the link on the Syllabus page.
7	Syllabus and/or bCourses site includes the final exam date and information, updated for the current term	Check manually on the syllabus and anywhere in the bCourses site that the final exam info may appear, such as the last module or a "final exam info" page
8	Dates are consistent across the Syllabus, Assignments, Modules, and Pages	Check and update: - Syllabus manually (i.e., via the Syllabus page and/or doc) - Assignment dates in bulk (if the written instructions for any assignments contain date references, you will need to edit these manually—by going to each assignment and selecting "Edit.") - Module lock dates (if your course uses them) - Pages manually (i.e., edit every page where there are references to dates) See also: How do I adjust events and due dates in a course import?
9	If weighting the final course grade based on Assignment Groups, the percentages in bCourses are consistent with what is outlined in the Syllabus	How do I weight the final course grade based on assignment groups?
