SalinasWest Area Specific Plan4,3404,340571,500797Includes mixed-use, townhouses and apartments but also substantial low density single family residential units, on average 9 residential units/acreSalinas HE 2024, p, 132: "For example, the City’s West Area Specific Plan and Central Area Specific Plan were approved in 2019 and 2020, respectively, but have not been able to begin construction due to a CEQA lawsuit. However, the development teams have been able to continue predevelopment work during litigation, such as preparing tentative maps. With the CEQA challenge resolved in August 2023, it is believed that development of these specific plans will move forward more quickly."

SeasideCampus Town - Phase 11,2441,244200,000122http://www.ci.seaside.ca.us/632/Campus-Town-Project, staff report: "The proposed Campus Town Project would permit the construction and operation of 1,485 housing units, 250 hotel rooms, 75 hostel beds, 150,000 square feet (sf) of Retail, Dining, and Entertainment uses, and 50,000 sf of Office, Flex, Makerspace (collaborative workspace) and Light Industrial floor space ...."Andrew Myrick, 2/14/24 emailAndrew: CampusTown numbers are correct. Current status is that we are working towards the commencement of construction with the buyer. Phase 1A has been subdivided into individual lots. I would suggest you consider placing this under "Proposed," since while it does have an approved Specific Plan the majority of the project still needs zoning, mapping, and other necessary permits prior to the commencement of construction. The exception would be Phase 1A, consisting of 241 residential units - that portion I think could be considered "entitled" at this point.

The Enclave/Seaside Resort1255669On former Fort OrdAndrew Myrick, 2/14/24 emailAndrew: The line shown as "Seaside Resort" refers to the Enclave. Some of those units have been built, while others are under construction and others are still pending. I note you show 87 units as built - however our Building Department records only show 56 as being completed. If you provide the source of your number I can try to determine why there is a discrepancy. Were you looking at units that are still being constructed?
