Deal triage is a process of rating the opportunities in your pipeline based on how likely they are to close this quarter.

By having your reps decide on a level of confidence for each deal instead of sumbitting a single total value, they can see how the deals they plan to work will contribute to their success.

So when you check in on their progress, you won't be overwhelmed trying to review every single deal in the pipeline and know where to focus your attention.

To use the template, make a copy using the option in the File menu. Then, download your deal info from your CRM and paste it into the "Deals triage" sheet, making sure the data matches the column names in the template.

Then, use the "Confidence" column to choose a rating for each deal and see how your totals add up.
