what i think tat phrase means is that if you keep telling your self that you cant accomplish something then youre just holding yourself back

i believe it's that your mind can make up all these scenario that can either benefit you and help or something worst but what makes it bad is that you can't escape from it

i don't know in some countries jail is for people to rehabilitate their own minds if they're talking about an american jail sure it could be bad but for a lot of rich people jail can be good and actually served its purpose which to help u reflect and change i think jail is only good if you're rich and not a minority (cus youll just go back to jail....why? 2020!)so in short if your mind is the most powerful jail just be white and rich! Honestly my opinion is that you cant always tell people your ideas because they always need to say its not go work or its going to fail , the reason i say this because sometime the plan doesn't always work for them or the outcome doesn't always come out as a good result , and maybe the steps they took wasn't good for the route . i wont say keep your ideas to yourself but learn how to surround yourself with positive people that's not afraid to cheer you on and push towards your goals
