EnglishCentral: very short videos ordered by level (beginner levels 1-2, intermediate levels 3-4, advanced levels 5-6-7) about a variety of topics. All videos are subtitled so you can follow line per line and even word per word what is being said. If you don’t understand a word, you can click it and you’ll hear it pronounced and see a definition. You have to register, but it is free. Also available as an app on Google Play and the App Store!!
