This sheet summarizes engineered compounds that may be suitable for use as well-characterized EPMA primary standards.

The goal is to identify two or more compounds per element. More is better.

Ideal compounds are stoichometric with high purity, available in 100's of g or larger masses.

Add compounds and sources as you discover them. Add one row per element to allow the materials to be discovered by element.

Add a row if any data item in the row is different. There will be multiple rows per element, per material, per cost, per source etc.
