CLASS POLICIES:

1. Registration for classes (24 hours in advance) is required on the Cedardale app or portal.
2. Please be on time for class.
3. Keep conversations to a minimum.
4. No cell phone use during class.
5. Wait until one class is over before entering the studio.
6. Please dress appropriately for class. During the winter months, please bring a separate pair of shoes.
7. Avoid the use of heavy perfumes or colognes.
8. We highly recommend that you have medical clearance before beginning any exercise program.
9. Classes with less than 10 participants are subject to change.
