Full bibliographic reference information — Name of journal, book, or magazine; issue date, volume number, issue number, page numbers; if a book, give the book editor's name(s), the chapter author's name(s), the volume number, year of publication, and pages.

Data sources and Credit Lines
• References should be given in full (Title, Authors/Eds, year, page range, publisher, etc) and follow the same style being used for the references in the book.
• A credit line is always preceded by “Reproduced with permission from,” “Modified from,” “Data from,” “From,” “Based on,” or “Courtesy” (not “Courtesy of”) and may be followed by the page number.
