6		A single, exhaustive vault of everything needed to go from zero to a hireable GenAI / LLM engineer. Every sheet is filterable. Every link is a full, visible https URL you can click or copy.

9		1. Open 'Roadmap' first. It sequences the whole journey into phases with a milestone for each.
10		2. Use 'Skills Matrix' as your checklist. Filter by Level to see what is Foundation vs Core vs Advanced.
11		3. Pull resources from 'Free Courses', 'YouTube', 'GitHub Repos', 'Books & Docs' as each phase demands them.
12		4. Build from 'Projects'. Nothing on this list gets you hired without shipped, public work.
13		5. 'Research Papers' is sorted by priority. Start with the Must read rows only. Ignore the rest until later.
14		6. 'Interview Prep' and 'Companies Hiring' are for the final phase. Do not start there.

16	THE HONEST ADVICE
17		Do not try to consume all of this. It is a reference library, not a syllabus. Most people fail by collecting resources instead of finishing three of them.
18		Everything here is global. Courses, repos, papers and tools are language- and region-neutral; the hiring sheet spans North America, Europe, the UK, India, Israel, Japan, Singapore, Australia and remote-first employers.
19		Pick one course per phase, finish it, build the project, then move on. Depth in five resources beats surface contact with five hundred.
20		Entry-level roles are getting harder, not easier. What separates candidates now is shipped work with measured results, not certificates.
