3	Attendance		Present
4	Baronessa and Praetoria	Prima & Violeta	x	Not much from the office of the Baronage; they are working with a library about possible demos and other things; more information will come. They have a survey for how to be recognized and pronouns or titles that will be reposted out to the populace. Owen Tegg will be the Baronial Signet as of Twelfth Night.
5	Seneschal	Ceindrech 2/24-2/26	x	We have a live meeting site! There is a schedule conflict with Iris Festival vs Scarlet Guard Inn; we will talk about that in Old Business. We need to vote on Chataline. We need new business cards. Agincourt created issues and we cant have more events to cover people's interests so we need to be as inclusive as possible in our future bids.
6	Herald	Gwen acting for term 12/24	x	We are having court at Twelfth Night! Gwen's acting term has completed! We need to vote on Herald. (GWEN's a -REAL- herald now). Gwen is doing training, acquiring things that the office needs, and getting the business of the office in line. Please bring your banners and heraldry and cool stuff to Twelfth Night to help decorate the hall! If you are intereted in names and arms or badges, please arrange with Gwen to consult.
7	Knight Marshal	Guillaume 10/23-10/25	x	We have moved indoors for Throwing, Rattan and Fencing for the winter.11am - 2pm on Sundays. Anastise and WIlliam have offered to run throwing all of December! We have visiters coming in this Sunday! The command staff is looking to find a local muster site for winter.
8	Minister of Arts and Sciences	Ishiyama 2/23-2/25	x	The A&S Report is in! Ishiyama is preparing to call for letters. Scriptoriums will continue at Elle and MIchi's house.
9	Chronicler	Silence 2/24-2/26	x	No deputies have reached out but there have been submissions! The Æthing was nominated for a Society Level Recogition for Best Website!
10	Exchequer	Hara 6/23-6/25	x	We need to get inventory to Hara; we have funds and we're having events. We even have a possible deputy! WOO HOO! (We love you Forveleth and Hara).
11	Minister of Lists	Skjoldr 2/24-2/26	x	Not too much going on right now but if you need an MOL; please reach out!
12	Chatelaine	Svava 10/22-10/24	x	We have people reaching out; we had a demo and there was velcro throwing weapons, salted fish games, and hobby horse equestrian! It was lots of fun. We are planning to be in the St. Patrick's Day Parade in April 2025! We need to vote on Chatalaine! Svava will order more buiness cards! (PS; Svava says you are all deputies. you have been conscripted.)
13	Web Minister	Niall 4/23-4/25	n/a	Report received : Greetings from the Webminister! Quarterly reports for both Webminister and Archery Marshaling were submitted on time. Plans for the simultaneous website revamp and migration are underway, and currently entail getting up-to-speed on the Order of Preference pages. Bugs are getting squashed, typos are getting fixed, updates are being made, and knowledge of the underlying code is being attained, with a dual focus on being able to access the kingdom level OP resources once we are housed on the same servers and also being able to pass this information along to future webministers. Regarding an item from August's meeting - due to the updated Webminister policies necessitating a large amount of work on the baronial website and other mundane reasons, Reinhard and I have stepped back from our planned involvement with the upcoming Pennsic 52 website work, with apologies to and understanding from Duchess Elizabeth.

21	Website Transition			see report from Webminister; we do need to look into a subcommittee for Tech / Website and how things interface. Ceindrich, Violetta, Sheera, Gwen, and others are interested.
22	Baronial Coin Project - Violeta			This has been completed; we'd love to strike more coins. Possibly a Barony meeting or a Sunday Practice. (April archery at the Castle? - possibly talk to Byron and Ariella about this)
23	Twelfth Night Jan 25, 2025 - Forveleth			Can we possibly have the box fans at Twelfth Night? A&S Champs; we have not been able to touch bases with Alric who won since October. There will be a brewing a competition. There will be a largess derby.
24	Iris Festival - Niamh			There are two events planned that weekend; the two group seneschals are ok with this and the Kingdom isnt concerned about it as long as we wish to proceed. The goal will be not to have an archery range but possibly classes for arrow making or string making; ect.
25	Fall AEcademy bid due 4/1			Elle and Bess are working on a bid with jorundr cooking.

34	This is were the internet died and no one knows what happened...			wardrobe malfunction? spilled beverage? A wild Dagon appeared? AXES!?!?!? If this had been a real emergency there would have been more screaming; if you want answers Tune in next month; Same Bat time, Same Bat Channel.
