13S1TrustworthyTrustworthy IPAIPA6.8
Just like your best friend, Trustworthy IPA is something you can always count on. This IPA is generously hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic and has a pale straw color. The initial aroma is a blast of tropical fruit, tangerines and a touch of orange blossom honey. You notice the wonderful white lacing and flavors of green mango, tangerine, resinous hops, orange blossom honey and subtle cracker notes. Before you know it, you’re half way through your pint of Trustworthy IPA. The light malt body helps to really make the hops shine. The firm bitterness lets you know your drinking an IPA but it doesn’t distract you from finishing your pint and wanting another one. Goes great with a burger and fries, Thai food, pasta, burritos, a good book, Friday nights and those awkward family parties.
14S1TrustworthyWax WingPale Lager5
With the lager making a comeback, Wax Wing Blonde Lager is a familiar beer that takes you back. Wax Wing is a bit bigger in flavor than what you may remember, but this lager has grown up just like you. Wax Wing offers aromas of fresh cut grass, crackers and that familiar crisp lager character. Your first sip reminds you of your first beer but the rich crisp malt character and balanced bitterness leaves you feeling grown up. You're left looking forward to the next sip and lookin’ back at your glory days. Goes great with pizza, chicken wings, a light salad, mowing the lawn, fishin’ by the lake and barstools.

Pick Your Own begins as a sour red ale that’s aged in an oak foudre with Lactobacillus and Pediococcus for two years. After adding fresh, local raspberries, cherries, strawberries, and blueberries, we age it for an additional three months. The finished beer is a vibrant, ruby red with an aroma of ripe berries and vanilla. As you might expect, berries fill the flavor. Pick Your Own finishes dry with notes of bread crust and a lingering, tart juiciness.

Its flavor spreads across the palate with the slightest hint of citrus and finishes with a balance of fruit, hops, and a dry mouthfeel.
