What this template does

A single-tab Gantt for tracking delivery across teams: refinement, development, and testing plotted against real weeks.

Each task gets three phase windows (Refinement, Development, Testing) that draw as coloured bars automatically — no manual bar-dragging.

The current week is outlined in red, so “where are we now” is always obvious at a glance.

How to use it

1. Set the timeline start date (cell C3, must be a Monday) — all week headers shift automatically.

2. Add one row per task under the right team. Fill in Key, Summary, Owner, and Status.

3. Enter Start/End dates for each phase the task goes through. Use TBD for phases that aren't scheduled yet.

4. The weekly grid, the two team-load counters at the bottom, and the today marker all update on their own — nothing else to configure.

5. Need a new team? Copy an existing team block (the coloured name cell plus its task rows) and update the group.
