Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS) Fiscal and Student Data Tracker – LEA

The Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS) Fiscal and Student Data Tracker is a set of four Excel tools state education agencies (SEAs) can use with their local education agencies (LEAs), schools, and providers to assist them in tracking finances, services, and student data associated with CEIS. The four tools allow providers, schools, LEAs, and SEAs to enter data.

The LEA Tool is the third tool in the Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS) Fiscal and Student Data Tracker. Seven tabs comprise the LEA Tool. The LEA can manually enter the student-specific information for the students who received CEIS into the LEA Tool or compile the data from the school and provider tools into the LEA Tool. The LEA submits the completed LEA Tool to the SEA for compilation in the SEA Tool.
