Offers COVID 19 guidelines. 5.Add plans by category.Calendar sync & integration. All-in-one planner for flights, activities, lodging, car rentals & other activities. App has a desktop web version that works well across all platforms. Automatic itinerary creation. Auto-fill for addresses, phone numbers, event info, etc. Offers nearby points of interest to event/destination/acomodations. Can't consolidate subsequent itineraries. Dull user interface design. 1. "Top 3 of all apps. All time. Ever." 2. "It's like having a personal concierge at my side making the right decisions for me and telling me where to go when." 3. "Two basic functions done well, the rest of the app is unimpressive. Sending a subsequent updated itinerary may lead to two of the same flight showing on the same date."Takes quite a while for onboarding. 8 steps taken to sign up for app use. Overall great app idea & integration. Could use some interface color updates as well as better use of type heiarchy, the use of font weights. Great use of auto-fill for destination business information & addresses. Dark mode is a bit dull.Create brighter interface for user to navigate easily.

TripCase1. App allows users to create trip by forwarding confirmation emails. 2. Allows users to add activities to trip creating an itinerary pass. 3. Gives discovery suggestions about points of interest around the destination area. 4. Offers map directions to destinations straight from app. Also offers choice of waze, apple maps or google maps. 5. App uses horizontal swipe options to sort through chronological itinerary. Partnership with AirHelp, a flight delay compensation company. Partnership with travel partners allows for auto-import of flights, hotel and or event information. Book rideshare right from TripCaseKeeps itinerary information organized for user to easily follow. Possible compensation if flights are missed. Allows for shared TripCase itineraries. Create trip automatically by forwarding confirmation emails.Bugs don't let trip itinerary update flight information efficiently. App does not check flight data. Users can not access support page from the app. (they are trapped in a loop). Cannot import important docs such as PDFs, word docs or image files contained in emails or attachments. App can't pull data from particular airlines such as SouthWest. No uniformity in UI design.1. "It failed to import any of the accommodation and also failed to import the airport parking (Kayak imported them all). Then TripCase had the terminal info wrong but correct gate number." 2. "Decent but buggy. In order to contact support, it requires me to login, but every time I am on the help page, it logs me back out." 3. "A time waster. If an itinerary is placed in the inbox, it's usually useless, because the app only captures a screenshot of PART of the itinerary, invariably missing relevant info."Create a way for users to easily get to support page. Major issues with syncing flight & airline information acurately. Good feature to allow users to auto-import based on confirmation. 5 steps needed to get to trip creation screen. Fairly simple and easy onboarding process. Make better use of negative spaceMake sure app uses a uniform ui pattern throughout the app.

"Booked my family vacation with Travel by Tilly and she got me a price that other agents couldn’t beat. She worked with me and was very patient and able to handle all of my requests. Very professional and I would gladly use again."Could use an easier to navigate interface with sections instead of continous scroll for form-filling.Lack of design hierarchy in site elements. (Photo gallery and deals are combined into one and are located all the way at the bottom of the page.)
