Budget Allocation Presentation Rules

1. All Presentations are strictly limited to ten minutes, an additional three minutes will be used for questions

2. You will recieve a one minute warning
4
3. All presentations must be in powerpoint format (sorry, no Prezi)

4. All presentations must be submitted via email to ethan.cobb@wsu.edu by Monday, April 17th

5. Late presentations will not be accepted, you will have to present withouy your powerpoint
7
6. This is a professional presentation, so approriate attire is expected
8
7. Results of the allocation process will be announced no later than Friday, April 28th
9
8. Clubs must sign up for their time slot no later than Friday, April 14th
10
9. Clubs are expected to be at least 10 minutes early for their presentation appointment
11
10. All presentations will take place in the SRC Conference Room (Upstairs)
12
11. No more than three club members, preferably officers, can present
13
12. A handheld clicker will be available to use for your presentation. Alternatively, you can have a club member click through on a laptop
