T. Bonpartner. Running-29,Burpees-55, Plank walk-65, Squats-140, Sit-Ups-110, Running-2611 rounds. I think that i could deffinetly work on getting my cardivascular endurance to be better, because my times for each round tended to vary. Over all i would say my cardio endurace is decent during this workout i was feeling tired twords the end, i stayed motivated by workingout with a friend who was feeling the same way as i was during the workouti got 4 rounds six runs, twenty sit-ups, and fourty jumpropes. during this workout i was feelin pretty bad because i am not big on running, so the wall touches are the most difficult part for mei completed three rounds, and what motivated me was everyone else doing the workout together.the first round i finished the four pushups, second round i finished the jumpropes for the fourth, and i finished the wall touches for the fourth round. i did not find the jumprope to be a weakness, something that could help my jumprope skills for next time would be a sliglty longer rope175 bench, 76 man makers, 122 pullups. the most chalanging part about this workout was its pace, i found the fast pace and short rest to be a challange after a couple rounds. my strongest exercise was the benchpress, my weakest were the man makers. i got 45 burpies, 80 sit ups, 85 squats, and 75 pushups. i flet that i kept a consistant pace throughout the workout, i found a number of reps per round that worked for each exercise and stuck with that number to the best of my ability.  i completed six rounds all together. the muscles i felt worked the hardest were my bicepts and tricepts becuase a large portion of the workout used the muscles in the arms39,40,42,44,40 were my times for the first five rounds, for the five consectutive i got 2:40. the thing that i found challanging was the five consecutive rounds becuase of the pace i was trying to keepi completed six rounds, with no extra exercises. during the workout i feel i did very well because i got two more rounds then i had before. for next time i feel i need to improve on my running because i felt that the wall touches took me longer than they should have. i did not complete the workout, i made it through all 12 rounds and was on my way back down when time ran out. i sturggled the most on the runsi did 2 wall climbs, i did not workout over break, i do feel that had an impact on my performancei didn't complete the workout I was up to last berpees and the berpees were the hardest parti completed 6 rounds and one run, i imporved from last time by 1 runme and my partner finished at 22:08, two muscles that were a focus were the abdominal muscles and the quads. i found this workout difficult because i did not do as much phyisical activity as i should have over break

J. BroPartner: Running-26, Burpees-66, Plank Walks-82, Squats-159, Sit Ups-147, Running-30We got 23, I do think i have a high cardio endurance because i run almost every day and i have been running longer and longer distancesI felt tired and sore becuase i dont lift that must but i was usally able to stay within the minute6 rounds and 6 run laps and 15 situps. I felt fine during this workout and thought that i could have gone harder. I can improve by learning how to jump ropeI completed 4 rounds, and what motivated me was tring to keep up with connor mcmenimen.I am thankful for my familey and house and my relitivesNo I didnt finish any of the rounds I consider the jumpropes to be my only weakness in this workout and I actually consistently jumped rope so i did improve.I wasn't in schoolI got 45 burpies, 92 sit ups, 120 squats, and 54 pushups. I felt like I consistantly got the same number every 20 seconds and I usaully pushed my self on the last minute I completed seven rounds in the workout. I felt like I was working every muscle in my arm. But I also think that it had some endurence too because you had to keep a consistent pace. Yes, Becuase everything that we eat for Chistmas is unhealthy and there is never something that is a Christmas traditional food and is good for you. I would find healthieralternitives for certain kinds of food instead of the real thing.40,40,40,39,38 were the times I got. For the consecutive rounds I got 2:25. I found sprinting as a big challenge because I am not used to sprinting for consecutive periods of time.I completed 5 rounds with 6 runs and 15 situps. I can improve for next time by learning how to jump rope. I felt fine I just felt slow because of the jumps.the workout took me 26:04 min to complete the work i struggled on the pushup the most because it was in the middle and was very hard.I completed 4 wall touches. The workout I did over break was running and it might have but i ran 4 times over break so i don't think it had alot to do with my proformence I didn't complete the workout I was up to last berpees and the berpees were the hardest partI completed 6 rounds yes I did improve form the last one because i only had to do 25 jumpropes instead of 50.me and my partner finished at 22:17 my quads felt sore and my abdomins were also sore. I think it was a little difficult but i wasn't completely winded.
7
K. BurPartner: Running-26, Burpees-60, Plank Walks-62, Squats-120, Sit Ups-146, Running-2Each round I almost finished got to the last push ups or sit ups. yes the jump rope was a weakness i could practice them to improve on it
.Bench Press we got 138 man makers 80 pullups 99. most challeging part was to push your self to keep on doing the work with little help.. strongest workout manmakers weakest bench press
Burperes 50 situps 86 squats 95 push ups 75. it was hard to stay consistent i tried to push myself each time to improve each roundabsent.i completed 6 rounds
My partner and I got 22:17. Two muscles that were a main focus during this workout were the calves and the quadriceps. this workout was easy and then got hard later in the workout

A. Catpartner run:24 Burpees:90 Plank walks:100 Squats:130 Sit-ups:110 running:2120, i do believe i have a good level of cardiovascular endureance because i stayed primarily the same pace for each round and wasnt completely winded at the end.Yes I was able to stay on the minuite which i thought i would struggle with and the challenges motivated me to push harder and it was agreat feeling when it was over.I completed 5 rounds and did 6 wall touches 20 sit ups and 15 jump ropes. i felt really weak and shakey because i didnt eat anything so something i would improve would be eating breakfast.I completed 3 rounds and a 700 meter run what motivated me to keep going was myself and the mash potatoes that i will be shoving down my face on Thanksgiving.I am thankful for my dog kota she is my world.the first round i didnt finish the last set of sit upa the seound round i had 5 sit ups left and the third round i finished witha time of 8:38 i really pushed my self the last round and t worked.135 bench presses 122 man makers and 237 PU i think the most challenging thing about this work out was keeping yourself motivated since everyone was working and no one was yelling in your ear to push i think my strongest was the bench press if i paced myself icould do sets of 10 pretty easily. my weakest was the man makers i almost cried they were so hard and at one point my arms gave out and i almost hit my face on the weigt.47 burpees 100 squats 84 situps and 74 push ups i was able to stay consistent for the most part but towards the end when we did push ups my back started killing me so i had to push myself to keep goingI completed a total of 9 rounds and the muscle that worked the hardest i would have to say would be the biceps and the quad with the lunges. The bicep with lifting the weight over head and the wall stands holding it for 3 secs.Yes, because food is sooo good and my hole family nakes cookies and i want to try them all also because its cold and a con to running in the cold is you feel numb and i get a really runny nose and my throat is on fire but a pro is its cold and not blistering hot. If i could change something it would be stop eating so much junk when i get home and start running more often ive been slacking since hockey season and it hasnt done well for my health.absent.i completed 6 rounds and 1 run i think i did really well even though i was having cramps. to improve next time i think i can push myself more at the end.the work out took me 26 min and 43 secounds the most challenging part was the 11 wall climbs my back was killing me and they were a pain.i was able to accomplish 1 wall climb after the workout then my arms gave out so i was done with that. no not reallyi got to my last set of jump ropes then the time ran out i think i did good at first but i took to many breaks and i took way to much water and it moved in my stomach during the burpees and made me nauseas. My partner and I got 22:17. Two muscles that were a main focus during this workout were the calves and the quadriceps. this workout was easy and then got hard later in the workout

T. Cor Partner, Run: 23, Burpees: 40, Plank Walks: 40, Squats: 124, Sit-Ups: 60, Run 2: 2014 Rounds. I think I had a decent level of cardiovascular endurance. I managed to keep about the same speed for each round of workout .This workout felt pretty awful, haha. I managed to stay on the minute for about 50% of the time... As far as keeping myself motivated, I just tried to finish.I completed 6 rounds and 4 additional wall touches. I felt pretty tired during this workout and I could improve my muscular endurance to do beter on it next time around.I finished a total of 3 rounds. My motivation was pretty much just trying to get through it. Seemed to work pretty well.I am thankful that I remembered to blog tonight. On round 1 I finished the push-ups of the 3rd set. On round 2 I got to the jump ropes on the 4th set. On round 3 I finished the pushups on the 3rd set. I don't really consider jump roping a weakness, it's not my strongest skill but it's not my weakest either. I think the best way to improve would be to jump rope more often.Bench Press: 117 Man Makers: 31 Pull Ups: 75. I think the most difficult part of this work out was how little time we had to rest in between stations. I think my strongest exersise was the pull ups and my weakest was the man makers.Burpees: 35 Sit-Ups: 71 Squats: 119 Push-Ups: 63. I started off kind of slow, but I managed to keep a steady pace by the middle of the workout.I completed a total of 6 rounds. The muscle I worked the hardest was my biceps.Oh, absolutely. You have almost 2 weeks off from school and it's freezing outside so motivation to go out and excersise is hard to find. To improve my diet I could try to eat more balanced meals.R1: 46 sec. R2: 42 sec. R3: 46 sec. R4: 49 sec. R5: 46 sec. Consecutive Rounds: 3:10. The part of this workout I found challenging was towards the end the sit ups started to become difficult.I completed 5 rounds and the wall touches and sit ups for the next round. I didn't feel too good during this workout, I was kinda tired, so I don't think I did as well on it as I could have. To improve next time I will try to get through the jump ropes faster because those really slowed me down.I didn't compete the workout, I made it to the wall climbs on the last set. I struggled the most with the wall climbs.I made it halfway through the lunges, so I didn't get to the wall climbs. I went for a run twice over the break and that helped me a little bit.I did not finish this workout. I found myself mostly struggling on the Burpees, after the first 2 sets they started to get really difficult. I completed 5 rounds and 2 wall touches. I didn't beat my 1st time, but I came close to beating my 2nd time. I think I didn't do as well as the last few trials because I was kind of tired today. My partner and I finished in 26 minutes. The 2 muscles that were a main focus in the workout were legs and abdominal muscels. I didn't find this workout all that difficult, getting traction while running on the bleachers however, was.

J. Diehindividual running-25, burpees-48, plank walks-56, squats-46, sit ups-105, running- 2021 rounds. I think i have a higher level of endurance because when i was in 10th i couldnt do any of that but now I canThe workout sucked. I kept myself motivated because I been through tougher times and no 7 rounds plus 4 run the workout was pretty easy and i can improve on burpees4 rounds plus half run i couldnt finish five and im just always motivatedi am thankful for family.40 sec 39 sec 39 sec 37 sec 37 sec. consecutive rounds i did 2:48. this workout wasnt very challenging it was just keeping pace during the consecutive rounds.7 rounds plus 2 runs. i felt pretty good dring the workout better than the first time. i can improve on the burpees they take to long. I didnt finish the workout the burpees were very hard after awhilei completed 7 rounds. i improved on the burpees

D. Geepartner. Running-29,Burpees-55, Plank walk-65, Squats-140, Sit-Ups-110, Running-26AbsentI felt great. I just kept on counting the rounds down.I completed seven rounds. No extra exercises. I felt very tired. I can do more jump ropes and stuff to improve my agility.I completed three rounds of the Turkey Trot. I had to push myself to not goveup and to stick wth it.I am greatful for my friends, family and how fortunate I am.The first round I made it to the jumo ropes. I had the same outcome for the second round too. On the third round however, I finished in 8:53. I don't consider jump rope a weakness for myself. I can still improve in it by doing more wokrouts jumo rope related.175 bench, 76 man makers, 122 pull ups. the part about this workout i found to be the most challanging was the lack of rest between each round, the short rest did not allow time to catch your breath or give your muscles a break. my strongest exercise was the benchpres, my weakest was the man makers AbsentCould not participateIt is a little hard because my mom keeps on baking cookies and it gives me something to eat all the time. I could go out for a rub every Saturday and Sunday morning to keep myself healthy.First five run times were, :40,:42,:43,:41,:40. My time for the five consecutive rounds was 2:31. I found the challenge was sprinting for a small time but a long distance. It really wears you down.6 rounds. 6 runs and 10 sit ups.I felt really tired. I can try to build up my stamina.29:30. I really struggled on the wall climbs becasue I couldn't get parelell with the wall.2. I went to the gym everday. I don't think it had an impact on how I did.Absent.I completed 7 rounds. I maintained because I stuck to my normal routine. My partner and I got 22:08. Your quadricepss and pectorals were the two main groups being worked. I found it alitlle challenging, because there were some points where you had no break.

C. HugPartner. Running 27, burpees 54, plank walk 64, squats 138, sit ups 108, running 2322 rounds. I think i have a moderate level of cardiovascular endurance. I think that because i was tired at the end but i wasnt dead. I felt tired and beat but in the end i felt great. I motivated myself by telling myself to keep going and telling myself that its worth it. I was able to stay in the minuteI was able to complete 7 rounds. I finished the runs and the situps of the 8th round. I can push a little harder and not drink as much water during the workout.I completed 3. No. Telling myself to keep going and push harder.I am thankful for my family, my health, and my great town we live in. Also the turkey... Cant forget the turkey.Round 1: on the last set of pushups. 9:00. Round 2: last round of jump ropes. 9:00. Round 3: 2nd to last round of situps. 9:00.AbsentAbsentCould not participateMy first 5 run times were 42, 44, 45, 45, 46. My time for the consecutive rounds was 2m 38s. I found a challenge with endurence.I finished with 8 rounds. I finished the runs of 8 rounds. I felt very dead and felt like crap during it but after i felt good. Run more.I finished with a time of 29:48. I just barley finished. I struggled on the wall climbs deffinetly. None. I just chilled after the workout. Yes i did. I had lacrosse lifting and on my own lifting. Yes i do.I finished the workout with only 10 seconds left. I found myself struggling on the pushups after all of the burpees.I completed 7 rounds with the runs and the situps done. No i didnt because i was sore from lifting and i just got over being sick21:48. Quadriceps and pectorals. Yes and no. Running up the bleachers wasnt hard for me because i have stronger legs from lacrosse. But the endurance to run for that long was hard for me.
17
S. JohI was unable to complete the whole thing because i was starting to feel sick, I pushed through to complete the last part.absent.absent.I didn't make it to the wall climbs, but I did workout with my mom over break so that definitely helped. But I still have my areas that I struggle with.I struggled the most with the burpees. I completed up to the 50 situps and started on the last set of burpees, so I was unable to complete the whole workout.
18
M. KofPartner; 26 running, 77 burpees, 100 plank walks, 147 squats, 126 sit-ups, 23 pushups.22 rounds. I feel like I have a healthy cardiovascular endurance because I can run for a long period of time. I do struggle a bit when other workouts are incorporated between the running, which made this workout harder for me.Absent.7 rounds, 6 runs, and 20 situps. I felt tired throughout the workout because I went to fast in the beginning and did not pace myself. One thing I can improve on is my burpees because I felt that I was losing too much time doing them.I finished 3 rounds plus the full slate of running. Finishing the 5 rounds and getting my name on the board motivated me.I am thankful for health. Also I am thankful for a great relationship with my family, friends, and God.Round 1: 8:47 Round 2: 8:58 Round 3: 8:53. Yes I do think I struggle with my jump roping skills. I could work on this by stretching daily and practicing.Bench: 206, man makers: 83, pull ups: 126. The workout was challenging because it was only working on arms in the workouts. My strongest exercise was the pull ups, and my weakest were the bench press.43 burpees. 77 sit-ups. 54 squats. 59 pushups. I feel as if I stayed consistent throughout but I was getting tired at the end of each round.I finished 7 rounds. The muscle used in this workout were the pectoral especially when doing the pull over head.Yes because my mother makes food that is consequently unhealthy and I am too weak to say no. I could improve my current diet by eating more salads and not have a poptart every morning.1) 39 2) 41 3) 41 4) 43 5) 42. For the final round I finished with 3:07. The challenge in this workout was you only had a one minute rest after doing sprints. Also, the final round got tiring and it was hard to sprint and keep up with my breathe.I finished eight rounds with no extra rounds. I felt like I paced myself in this workout which gave me an oppurnity to really push myself at the end. Again, I struggled with the jump rope, but I feel like I improved in this aspect from last time.I finished the workout at 25:32. The aspects of the workout where I struggled the most were the man makers and the wall climbers, mostly because I had to do a large amount of them at the end of the workout.I completed nine wall climbs at the end of the workout. I did not workout over break which made things harder because we started out with such an arm dominated workout.I finished the workout at 19:51. I struggled with the last set of jump ropes because my legs were already hurting and I was trying to fight the time which made it a lot harder.I finished with 9 rounds with no extra exercises. I did improve from my two past performances because I pushed myself throughout the whole workout and gave myself a goal while the first two I did not set goals. My partner and I finished at 21:56. Two muscles used were the quads muscle and the pectoral muscle. I feel like I did well in the workout because I can run for a long period of time.
19
N. KraPartner, 26 running, 48 Burpees, 65 plank, 130 squats, 135 sit ups, 20 running. I was tired during the majority of the workout but i was able to stay on the minute for almost the whole duration of the workout. And having the burpees added into one of the minutes motavated me to go harder for that extra 1 minute of break.I completed 6 full rounds and nothing extra. I felt pretty good and over the course of PE 2 i could probably get 9 full rounds. I can continue to go hard on workouts during the class to build the endurance for this final.I was only able to complete 2 full rounds. Seeing the time left on the clock helped motivate me at the end. for me i finished all of the rounds up to 4 and started 2 but did not finish it. i do not consider jump ropes a weekness i find them easy to do. i feel if i was more consistant with my jumping then i would be better at jump roppingBench: 150, Man Makers: 96, Pull ups: 120.I thought it was challenging because the break in between exercises was very short. My strongest exercise was benching. My weakest exercise was pull ups because i cant do them.12/9/14- for the tabata i did 30 burpees, 70 situps, 60 squats, and 38 push ups. i was able to be most consistant with the squats and sit ups and i improved each time with them.i did a total of 8 rounds i felt that the workout was mainly in my arm and my legs during this workout.i think it is hard to keep a healthy diet during the holiday season because youre surrounded by holiday snacks and i think you could eat a healthy lunch and breakfast and work out durring the weekend.R1: 46 R2: 47 R3: 47 R4:48 R5: 49. i found that the hardest thing in this workout was the sprintting durring the runs.i finished 6 full rounds of the practice final. i also finidhed the runs for round 7. i think that i need to do better for the jump rope and the burpees to finish more rounds next time.it took me 29 minutes to finish the 12 days of christmas workout. i was struggeling most with the 11 wall climbs because those are harder to do then the others.the time me and my partner got was 22 minutes and 24 seconds. the two main muscles that i used for this workout was my legs and my arms, i found this workout difficult because i am not a conditioned runner.

J. LePartner: Running 24, Burpees 90, Plank Walks 100, Squats 130. Sit-Ups 110, Running 2120 rounds and i do believe that i have a good cardio endurance. I think that if i have pushed myslef a little more i would have gotten a higher scoreAbsentI completed exactly 5 rounds. I felt really weak and dehydrated through the workout. I think that if i pushed myself a little more and pace myself that i would have done a better job. Next time i will try to pace myself a little better to get a more proficent score and have a water bottle with me.I completed 4 rounds. I was not able to complete all 5. I was motivated by telling myself it was almost over I am thankful for everyone in my life. My family and friends as well. im also thankful for being healthy and happy with my life.Round 1: i didnt finish the last set of push ups and sit up Round 2: I didnt finish the sit ups Round 3: i completed the work out. I dont think Jump roping is one of my weaknessesBench/OH: 135 Man Makers 122 PU: 237 I thought the most challenging thing about this work out was trying to keep yourself motovated and not giving up. The strongest exercise was the Man Makers and the hardest was the BenchingBurpes: 55 Sit Ups: 70 Squats: 95 Push Ups: 95 every new round i kept setting a goal for my self to keep on going and i just kept trying to stay motovated I did a total of 9 rounds and i think the muscles that worked out the hardest was my thigh musclesI think it is hard to keep a healthy diet during the holiday season because youre surrounded by holiday snacks and i think something that you could do is set every day goals of running or simple workouts Round 1: 48 secs Round 2: 50 secs Round 3: 49 secs Round 4: 50 secs Round 5: 53 secs 5 consecutive rounds i got 3:25. The most challenging part of this work out was trying to push yourslef the last 5 consecutive roundsAbsentIt took me 23 minutes and 33 seconds to finsih this work out. I thought that the workouts itself were easy. I a lot of motovation to finish the workout so therefore i thought that i did very well.I finished this work out with 1 wall climb. I had less than 2 minutes and i could have still done a lot more wall climbs. I did not work out during break and yes i think that it had impacted me.I finished this workout with only 50 jump ropes left. I thought the hardest part were staying consitant with the burpees. I came up with methods to help myself become more effienct with the timing. I completed a total of 6 rounds and i got on to the seventh round but only completed 6 wall touches, and 20 situps. I did improve a lot by the other trials. I think i made such great improvement because the workouts we did leading to the final helped me progress.Me and my partner got 22 minutes and 13 seconds. The two main muscles would have to be your legs/arms. Your lungs and mind have a big impact also. I thought it wasnt dificult i thought it was just all about pacing yourself and also having motovation to keep on going.

M. Maspartner Running 2923 Rounds. I think that I do have a good cardiovascular endurance becasue I do cross country and track, and those sports are all about cardiovascualr enduranceI did not feel that well during this workout. It tired out all of your muscles throughout the workout. I was able to keep going by telling myslef it was only 20 minutes and it would all be over soon. I was able to stay on the minute.I completed 6 rounds of the practice final. I did 6 extra runs, 20 extra sit ups, and 50 extra jump rope. I was very tired during this workout and felt sore. I can continue to do winter track to increase my fitness and I can work hard in the workoutsI completed 4 rounds. I was not able to complete all 5. I was motivated by telling myself it was almost over I am thankful for my friends and family who help me through school and sportsI finished at 8:55 for the first one, and for the last two I only had the last set of 25 situps to go. At first I thought my jump ropeing was a weakness but I am starting to get better at it. I think that if we continue to practice jump roping I would get much better at it.For the bench we got 138 reps. For the pullups we got 98. For the manmakers we got 86. I found the lack of a long period of rest the most challenging. My weakest exercise was the manmakers and my strongest was the bench.I got 50 burpees, 100 situps, 90 squats, and 80 pushups. I stayed consistent during the workout by not starting off too fast and keeping the same pace every time.I completed 9 rounds of the workout today. I really felt this workout the most in my hamstrings.I find it kind of difficult because of all of the non healthy foods that are out around the holidays. When you go to family events all of the foods are pretty much not healthy. I could improve the amount of vegitables that I eat. I eat a good amount of fruit but find it hard to eat a lot of vegitables.1st; 34I completed 7 full rounds with 2 extra running. I felt very tired during this workout but much better than the first time. I can continue to work hard during the workouts to improve for next time. I finished in 22:05. I found the wall climbs the most difficult to complete.I was able to accomplish 11 wall climbs. I did not work out over break. I think if I worked out over break I would have done better in this workout. I did not finish the workout. I got to the last set of jumpropes and did 50 of them. I struggled a lot during the burpees.I completed 7 rounds with 2 extra runs. I got the same score that I did on the last practice final. I think that I didn't improve because I did not work out over break. Me and my partner got a time of 20:50. The main muscels worked were the calves and the quads. I found it difficult because you had to go right from the bleachers into the running.

C. McMPartner: Running - 38 , Burpees - 74 , Plank Walks - 103 , Squats - 182 , Sit Ups - 176 , Running - 3223 Rounds. I believe I do have a great cardiovascualr endurance for the most part due to years of running and swimming. This workout, however, was more of a challenge than manyy other workouts with endurance. This workout really didn't feel any bit of good on the muscles. Very tough. I just told myself that a rest will be always there if you keep moving forward, which helped even when the soreness was really there. I was able to stick to the minute.I completed 8 rounds of the PE2 Practice Final. I did 6 more runs, and that was all. I definetly felt good going into it, but I was hurting by the end. I really need to improve on my jump rope, which slows me down the most.I finished the Turkey Trot, over 5 rounds, in 28:01.  What motivated me was to keep on pushing and think of certain times i need to be at in order to succeed. I am thankful for a very supportive family and coaching staff at Souderton that support me to accomplish my goals in life, school, and sports as well. I finished at 7:19 (#1), 7:18 (#2), and 7:30 (#3) respectively.  This time, and probably for the first time in forever, I did not consider jump roping to be a weakness in this workout.  Over all, I felt very smooth and had a great turn over rate, which lead to a good performance.  I think I need to work more on (however) my control of my wrists, and letting them get too out of control in spinning. For bench (ranging from 10 on each to 0) we got collectively 138, man makers we completed 80, and we did roughly 99 pullups / chinups.  The most challenging had to be the soreness in the upper body and keeping on moving for 45 seconds by far.  Probably bench (which is suprising in my case!) were my best, and man makers were my worst workouts.I completed 50 burpees, about 118 situps, 105 squats, and 85 push-ups.  I stayed consistent for the most part, there were times, however, where I knew quickening the pace was the only way to hit my goal target.I completed 8 rounds of the workout today. I really felt in my glutes and in my hamstrings. That is where the source of soreness was during the completion of the workout.I don't think so. I find that anning on what you eat and what you do for a worout of the sorts is frustrasting and tricky to get around with all the family activities and such. I cannot really improve too much on my diet, as I get all the neccesary amounts of fruits, vegetables, and even nutrients needed in a day.2;32I finished exactly 8 flat rounds. I did not feel good at all while doing the workout. Just was not there from the start of the workout which lead to some disappointing results. I guess run harder than I did, which took the longest cause my body just was not feeling the running part of the workout.I finished in 21:21. I found the wall climbs were most certainly the hardest workout to complete, even though it was towards the end of the whole event.I accomplished roughly 16 wall climbs. I did workout over the break, nearly every single day except for Christmas now that I am reflecting on it. The workout that we were doing today did not feel like my workouts over break had any effect on them, however. I just completed the workout at 19:10. I most certainly felt and found myself struggling throughout the workout.I completed 7 rounds and finished with only 7 burpees remaining. I almost completed 8 rounds, but was sadly not able to complete it. I think I got progressively slower on the trials, I do not have a real reason as to why that was occuring other than somedays my 110% is just higher due to energy, previous stress on the body, and how loose my legs feel going into the workout. Both my partner and I finished in a time of roughly 17:25.  The muscles really being worked had to be claves (from overall running) and the Quadrecips (from the stairs).  I did not really find the workout too hard, just more of a mental challenge in getting up and down the stairs quickly and effectively.

N. MonThis workout was tough. It really did workout the muscles and everything. But this workout though the struggle was real.I completed 3 rounds of the PE2 Practice Final. I did feel awesome starting it but the more i pushed myself the harder it became for me. I got dizzy during the 3rd round and I didn't wanna faint or anything so I just decided that 3 was enough and I did the best I could.Burpees: 30 push ups:36 squats:83 sit ups:46 I was doing well when we started the workout but I started getting side stitches and just started to slow down and go at my own pace.I completed total rounds on the grind workout but the hard thing was pulling the dumb bell over your head because after doing it for a while your arm got weak and very tired.I completed 4 rounds on the final. last time i only did 3 so i one upped it this time. i felt like i couldve done more if i pushed myself and i set my mind into doing better.

V. PirPartner Running- 26 Burpees- 48 Plank Walks- 65 Squats- 130 Situps- 135 Running- 20I was tired during the majority of the workout but i was able to stay on the minute for almost the whole duration of the workout. And having the burpees added into one of the minutes motavated me to go harder for that extra 1 minute of break.I completed 6 full rounds and nothing extra. I felt pretty good and over the course of PE 2 i could probably get 9 full rounds. I can continue to go hard on workouts during the class to build the endurance for this final.I was only able to complete 3 full rounds. Seeing the time left on the clock helped motivate me at the end. i finished all of round 1, i finished the end of repeat for 4 on the 2nd round and on the 3rd round i finished at the start of the repeat for 4. I personally do not think that jump ropes were not the hardest part of this workout. I think that the jump ropes were one of the easiest parts of the workout. I think i could have done better on the jump ropes if i had the correct size jump rope.Bench: 150, Man Makers: 96, Pullups: 120. I think the most challenging part of this workout was the man makers as the workout kept going on. Personally the best exercise was the benches. My weakest personal exercise was the man makers.Burpees: 40 Situps- 80 Squats- 72 Pushups- 45. I tried to stay as consistant as possible. But as the workout kept going, i went down in the numbers of each round. I completed a total rounds during the grind workout today. I feel that y legs have got th emost workout during this workout or my arms durung the bumbell over head.I think it is hard to keep a consistent healthy diet during the holiday season because of the food that is eaten over the break and how lazy people are. Dont eat the fatty foods and all the junk foods that i do now.Me and my partner completed this workout at 21:48. the 2 muscles that i used are legs (calf and thighs) and my arms. I did not find this workout difficult because i have a decent edurance level.

T. PooPartner: Running-26, Burpees-60, Plank Walks-62, Squats-120, Sit Ups-146, Running-24I was absent this day.I was extremely gassed because I could have a break since it was 20 consecutive minutes. I kept myself motivated by listening tothe music. I was able to stay on the minute except for 1 round when I got a drink.I completed 6 full rounds and no extra. I was really tired during this workout. I could improve my motivation to keep going next time.I completed 3 full rounds. I wasn't able to complete all 5 rounds. I was motivated by other students during this workout.I am thankful for my friends, family, and sports because they make me happy.First round: finished all of repeat for 4.  Second round: finished all of repeat for 4.  Third round: finished all round 4 except for sit ups. I do not consider jump rope a weakness. I think improving the strength of my calves would help me have more stamina while jump roping.Bench: 150, Man Makers: 96, Pull ups: 120.I thought it was challenging because the break in between exercises was very short. My strongest exercise was benching. My weakest exercise was man makers.Burpees: 35, Sit-Ups: 95, Squats: 105, Push-Ups: 52. I mostly stayed consistent throughout the workout with the exception of a few times wereI pushed myself to do more.I completed 7 total rounds and no extra. I feel my core/abdominal muscles was worked the hardest during this workout.I think it is hard to keep a consistent healthy diet during the holidays because people feel the need to celebrate with food that is not heathy at all. I could improve my diet by eating more fruits/vegetables.Round 1: 44sec Round 2: 43sec Round 3: 40sec Round 4: 40 Round 5: 41sec. 5 Consecutive Rounds: 2min 55sec. The challenge in this workout was that I started to get side stitch because directly after sprinting the sit-ups put more pressure on my chest.I completed 6 full founds and 6 extra runs. I felt really worn out during this workout. I could improve next time by not taking breaks in between workouts and by running faster.I was absent this day.I was able to accomplish 4 wall climbs. I did workout over the break and I believe it positively affected the way I performed in this workout.I did not complete the whole workout. I almost finished the last set of burpees. I think I struggled the most with the burpees.I completed 6 rounds and 6 extra runs. I improved from my first one and stayed the same from the second one. I think I improved from my first one because throughout the course I have been pushing myself and it got me ready for this. My partner and I got 22:17. Two muscles that were a main focus during this workout were the calves and the quadriceps. This workout was a little bit difficult, yet not the hardest. The main reason why this workout was difficult was because it was mainly all legs and my legs started to hurt.

J. Sanpartner:running-23, burpees-40, plank walks-40, squats-129, sit-ups - 60, running-20I did 9 rounds and so did my partner and this workout was pretty easy to get a high amount of rounds. i do not beleive i have a high level of cardiovascular endurance because i dont do a lot of runningafter the workout I tired but it felt good to work out but i really need to run more and build staminaI complete 3 rounds and Did 6 wall toches for the next round this workout tired me very easy i need to run moreFor this workout I finished 2 rounds and the jump ropes and wall touches for the third one. I would consider jump rope a weakness for me because i have some trouble with the coordination. Our group all together got 117 bench presses, 31 man makers, and 75 pullups. The most challenging thing in this workout was the manmakers. My strongest exercise was the pullups. In this workout I got 52 burpees, 37 situps, 34 push-ups and 64 squats. Twords the end I pushed myself a little harder than I did at first. I completed 6 rounds and 9 lunges for the next round. I felt alot of arm muscles being used in this workout because of the dumbells. For the most part it can be pretty hard to stay healthy over the holiday breaks because I will eat more than I usually do. I could improve by exercising more and eating better foods. I did 3 rounds and 2 runs. after the workout i felt exhausted because the burpeesme and my partner got around 27 minutes we definetley used arm and leg muscles. this workout was pretty challenging because it was a lot of running

A. Tatpartner: running-24, burpees- 42, plank walks-57, squats-109, situp-76, running-2024 round. i have somewhat of an endurance. what made me be able to keep up with the pace was the rest while the partner wenti felt strong going into it and throughout it. the poeple around me motivate me because i wanted to keep up with their level of intensity also. I stayed on the minute or 20 minutes6 rounds completed. extra exercise were wall touches. i felt tired going the full amount of time.i could keep at a well pace and continue to motivate myself3 round complete. no i did not finish all 5 rounds. other people were my motivation during the turkey troti am thankful for my family and friends becuase they inspire me to be greatdidnt participate i completed the workout with 7 total rounds and zero extra reps. I feel i worked my arms the hardest because of the wall climbs and the dumbell to overheadMe and my partner got a total time of 22 minutes and 13 seconds. The 2 muscles that wer used the most were calves and quadriceps. This workout was difficult because of the constant continuity of running

N. VerPartner: Running - 28, Burpees - 76, Plank Walks - 125, Squats - 180, Sit Ups - 160, Running - 2222 Rounds. Somewhat, I made it through this endurance workout and could have gone a little longer.I struggled with the pushups durring the workout. I stayed motivated by telling myself I was almost done when it was getting hard. I could not stay on the minute.I completed 7 rounds and all of the runs, situps, and jumpropes. I felt like I had a god pace but I need to improve my cardio because the running tired me out the most.I completed exactly 3 rounds. John O'keef kept me motivated when I was falling behind.I'm thankful for my family.I finished the first round at 8:45, the second round at 8:47, and I had 2 runs, 2 pushups, and 25 situps left in the last round. I thought that jump roping helped me make up time. I could improve my jump rope skills by speeding up my hand movement. As a group we did 203 bench presses, 39 manmakers, and 76 pull-ups. The hardest part was keeping track of what number our group was on. My strongest exercise was the bench press. My weakest exercise was the pull-ups.37 Burpees, 65 SitUps, 51 Squats, 46 Pushups. I tried to be consistant but my reps decreased throughout.I completed 6 total rounds. The muscle that was worked the hardest was deltoid muscles from the wall climbs and snatches.Yes I thought it was difficult because food is so prevelant and snacking is very natural. I could eat more fruits and vegetables to improve my diet.1. 43 2. 36 3. 36 4. 36 5.36 and the consecutive rounds I got 255 seconds. The hardest part was keeping pace with the running.I completed exactly 8 rounds. I felt challenged during this workout. I think I can improve my running pace for next time.I didn't finish the workout. I got up to the 12th round and I was working on wall climbs. I struggled with the wall climbs the most.I did one wall climb. I didn't work out over the break very much. I think it negatively impacted my score.I did not finish the workout. The hardest part were the pushups after all of the burpees.I completed 7 rounds and five wall touches. I did not improve, I believe due to not excercising during Christmas break.John O'keef and I got 20:44. This workout used hamstrings and quadriceps. I thought the workout was relatively easy. I found the push-ups to be the hardest part.

J. WilPartner: Running- 26, Burpees-66, Plank Walks-82, Squats-154, Sit-ups-146, Running-30Not ThereI felt great during the workout. I kept myself motivated by pacing myself with the person next to me. I managed to finish each round under 45 seconds. I completed 6 rounds, 6 wall touches and 15 sit-ups. I felt descent during the workout but I was tired before we even started. To improve my score I can be prepared for the workout and not be sore from the previous one. I was able to complete 4 rounds. This proved to be quite difficult and very tiring. I kept myself motivated by pacing myself with another person.I am thankful for my friends and family because they help motivate me and make me happy.I finished the first round in 8:50, the second I had 24 sit-ups left and the last one I had 13 sit-ups left. Jumping rope isn't that hard and I knew how to do it before this. Not thereBurpee-50 sit-up- 106 squat-103 push-up-80 I stayed consistent throughout the entire workout and didn't improveI completed 7 rounds and I feel my abdominal muscles were worked the most. The holiday season is always a hard time to stay in shape. My diet has stayed pretty consistent with a mostly vegan diet. The sweets are probably the hardest part about the holiday season. I could eat less candy and chocolate and drink no coffee.Time 1- 37 Time 2- 37 Time 3- 38 Time 4- 38 Time 5- 39 My overall time for the 5 consecutive rounds was 2:30. I felt that the running made it the hardest. It really tires you out for the rest of the workout.I completed 7 rounds, 6 wall touches and 15 sit-ups. I felt pretty good for this workout but felt I could get 8+ if I tried a little harder. I can run faster to improve my score next time.22:02. I struggled most on the wall climbs. I did 16 wall climbs. I worked out for strength training over break. I believe my fitness level went down over break and made my score lower.I was not thereI completed 7 rounds, 6 wall touches, 20 sit-ups , 50 jump ropes and 4 burpees. I improved because I have a higher fitness level and I tried my best.17:25: Quadriceps and hamstrings were used. This workout wasn't that bad because I don't mind running.
