BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

TRANSFER BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) The company Luxury Travel DMC Greece reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

2) The number of customers' luggage (average sized 65x45x25) should not exceed the number of seats of the vehicle. Otherwise, customers will have to book an extra vehicle to transport the extra luggage.

3) Cars can fit 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 8 y.o.

4) Minivan seating capacity: 7 pax maximum.

5) Minibus seating capacity: 19 pax maximum.

6) For implementation of transfer services passport details of at least one passenger are required.

TRANSFER CANCELLATION POLICY

1) Up to 48 hours - 0% cancellation fee.

2) Up to 24 hours - 50% cancellation fee.

3) Less than 24 hours - 100% cancellation fee.
