15 | Step 1: Facilitaor should explain Criteria for Glows and Grows to the teacher candidates when framing the practice scenario. | ||
16 | Step 2: As a teacher candidate practices, the candidate or a peer coach will note which of the Grow and Glow options were most pertinent. | ||
17 | Step 3: The facilitator can monitor the roll-up data for all glow & grow criteria at the bottom. | ||
