How to Set Up This Tool

1. Make a copy of this document to your own Google Drive. FILE -> MAKE A COPY

2. Try to keep the BLANK TEMPLATE tab in-tact. Follow the instructions on the BLANK TEMPLATE tab for HOW TO MAKE A NEW INSTANCE OF THIS TAB

3. For each instance, input the candidate names, criteria for glows, and criteria for grows in the first column. Edit the session name at top.

How to Use This Tool

Step 1: Facilitaor should explain Criteria for Glows and Grows to the teacher candidates when framing the practice scenario.

Step 2: As a teacher candidate practices, the candidate or a peer coach will note which of the Grow and Glow options were most pertinent.

Step 3: The facilitator can monitor the roll-up data for all glow & grow criteria at the bottom.

Step 4: The teacher candidate can reflect post-practice in the blue columns to the right.
