Submit roster changes (additions, deletions, status changes) within two weeks of modification, including grade and judicial release agreements.

Submit chapter housing information (address and house manager) for chapter and annex facilities.

Submit chapter service hours and philanthropy dollars raised each semester.

Submit faculty/staff and chapter advisor information.

Attend educational programs that are deemed mandatory (special speakers or workshops).

Attend all President's Meetings each semester (including retreats).

Attend Catalyst or similar Greek Life Officer Training Retreat provided by EMU.

Must participate in the Greek Standards and Assessment Program (GSAP) interview and documentation process.

Attend bi-monthly meetings with the Greek Advisor.

Conduct a new member program/process that is no longer than 8 weeks from bid/invitation acceptance to member induction/initiation.

Maintain good standing in a university recognized Greek-letter council (IFC, CPC, NPHC, MGC).

Maintain good standing with applicable national and local governing entities.

Maintain a cumulative chapter GPA of a 2.5.

Adhere to state, local, and university policies including: Federal, State, and Local Laws, Student Code of Conduct, Applicable Council Constitution, Bylaws, and Judicial Policies, Social Policy, FIPG Policy.
