1	Oak Park Precincts	1. Did the judges find that the equipment easy to set up? And was it easier than previous equipment set up?	2. Did the voters find them easier to use?	3. Were there any problems with the equipment/training for the judges?
2	Hatch School 1 and 7	1 & 7 both said that it was easier because equipment was much lighter. 1 said that there were some problems opening up the epoll bookes Thought manuals were not up to date.	1 & 7 both said it was easier to use. Liked casting a paper ballot. Thought the voting circle should be darker.	1 - Generally no problems. There were a couple issues with the chips.
3	Whittier School 10	Yes, absolutely easier.	Easy to learn how to use.	training fine, a few issues
4	Longfellow School 13	Initally couldn't open the epoll books but generally easier.	No problems.	No problems.
5	Lincoln School 17	No heavy lifting but scanner malfunctioned, couldn't get into gym to set up till 8:00pm and repair shop closed at 8:00pm. Need more than one card to activate the machines please!	Maybe a little confusion by voters but overall good.	Scanner read 17 votes already when opened. Finally got that fixed. Sharpies worked better with initialing than black pens.
6	Holmes 18	Had some issues with UPS, Poll card fail, scanner was slow, no power switch on it, printer jammed, laptop had no power cord.	Fine with voters	Laptop was damaged and there were some wifi problems with the school.
7	Mills Park Tower 19	Much easier to set up; easier on the back to set up; simple and straightforward what to do.	More people were using the e-ballots than paper ballots today. Voters seemed to find it pretty straightforward. One low vision voter commented that the audio e-ballot option was better than the old system and thanked us for making the improvements.	No problems.
8	St. Giles Gleeson Bldg 2 and 14	Yes, easy to set up; easeier to set up than prior equipment .	Not sure, but there were no complaints from voters.
9	19th Century Club 20	Yes, it was easy to set up and easier than the machines we had before.	Voters seemed to find there were less steps to take than before.	The only problem was with card activation during set up (but that didn't concern the new electronic machines).
10	Julian M.S. 21 and 34	21 - Easier but also had issues with pen vs. markers 34 - The VSC is quite large and they were in a small hallway. Some of the Pollstars are unstable. Charger was missing.	21 and 34 - No problems by voters	21 - No issues 34 - Found short last names were difficult to pull up on machine.
11	OPRF HS 24
12	Irving School 25 and 33	So much easier and machines lighter.	Brighter screen, easier to use, faster. A voer in her 80's was pleasently surprised and wondered why she didn't use the touch screen before.	Training OK, a power supply issue taken care of
13	Beye School 26	Easier and no problems	No problems	No problems
14	West Central Church 1154 Wisconsin 27, 29, 36	27 and 36 - Easier than past 29 - Had some issues	No problems	27 - Problem with power from school 29 - Curious whether there would be more machines in future 36- Had some issues with the label printers
15	Brooks M.S. 28	Easier to set up but the machine showed 14 people had voted already when it was set up.	No problems	Some scanner issues during the day.
16	Maze Library 3 and 16	Much easier and so much lighter	Positive responsed, so much easier	No problems. Training was fine.
17	Heritage House 201 Lake St. 30	Absolutely easier.	10+ positive responses, quick, easy, thumbs up	Training fine.Machine missing pin number.

19	The Oaks 114 S. Humphrey 32	Easier, so much lighter.	all positive responses.	Training fine. One computer crashed but taken care of before voting started.
20	Oak Park Township 35	Yes, easy to set up. Much easier than previous equipment.	Yes, voters liked the new equipment very much. They liked that you can go right in.	No problems. Machines are self-explanatory, but the training was good. Much better than old.
21	Mann School 4 and 5	4 - Easier to set up but scanner had issues 5- Easier	4 & 5 - No problems with voters	4 - Discovered read ballot better with marker than black pen, air message was too quick to read 5 - No problems
22	Dole Learning Center 8 , 11	One judge said it wasn't easier. the others said it was fine.	Voters liked that it was easy and quick.	Training was fine. One machine had a cord short out but did get it repaired.
23	Oak Park District, 218 Madison 15	“Yes” and “oh yes”; much lighter	No comments one way or the other; one voter surprised they had to print the ballot; some privacy concern as judge has to initialize completed ballot; instruction “print or go back” could be clearer i.e. If finished, print	Training was fine; move scanner closer to touch screen
24	Oak Park Arms, 6,9,12	“Yes, much easier”; very happy to not have to set up the blue machine	No comments one way or the other	Great job; very hands-on; 2019 Election Manual is excellent
25	Oak Park Library 22, 23, 37	Yes, much easier; definitely; all good	Yes – easy to use; some privacy concern as judge has to initialize completed ballot	Scanner had 13 votes when opened - recalibrated prior to opening poll; physical plant challenges setting up multiple machines in room serving mult-precincts re: privacy, power outlets, keeping machines accessible; need both new and old election manuals

27	River Forest Precincts
28	Priory Campus 1 & 3	Very enthusiastic response from all judges in both 1 and 3. Machines were very easy to set up and MUCH easier than the previous machines.	Yes. Unqualified YES from all judges in both precinct 1 and 3.	Only one problem was noted. The ID scanner for one judge did not work. Apparently many people quickly pull out their driver's license to be scanned for faster identification than having the judge look them up by address. In precinct 3 there were 2 ID scanners, 1 worked and the other did not. In precinct 1, there were no problems reported at all.
29	Village of River Forest 2 & 5	Both Precinct 2 & 5 said machines easy to set up and easier than setting up previous equipment	Judges from 2 & 5 thought voters found machine easy to use.	2- minor problem with ID card not being read. Only happened with one machine. No problem with training. 5-No issues with machine but problems with training in that what was in a training book was not corresponding with the machine.
30	River Forest Methodist 4 & 6	The machines were very easy to set up.	They estimated that more voters were using the machines. One judge thought the scanner was slow.
31	Roosevelt M.S. 7	"Heavens yes!" Easy to set up and easier than last year	Yes voters used machine easily	There were no problems with the equipment nor any problems with the training
32	River Forest CommunityCenter 8	Judges wouldn't answer w/o presenting credentials.
