WHAT MAKES KEGELSMART SO SMART?

Directions:

Exercising with KegelSmart is super easy, all you have to do is:

1. Turn on and insert the device.
2. Wait for the three quick vibrations that signal the start of the routine.
3. Contract/Rest: When you feel the vibration, lift and squeeze your pelvic muscles, hold the contraction. When the vibration stops, release your pelvic floor muscles and rest. Continue for the full routine.
4. 3 quick vibrations signal the end of the routine and the device turns off automatically.
