What should a Learn Together be?
2
3
Open
- Learn Together sessions should aim to spark open discussion; debate is how we progress
4
Immediate
We’re all busy… so:
- Everyone, be on time - 11.30am every Friday
- Hosts, be prepared. Each session can be run however you want it to be - just make sure you have time dedicated to presentation/learning and at least half of the time open for debate / conversation.
- Attendees, be engaged. Turn up ready to listen and contribute.
5
Pioneering
- Learn Together sessions should inspire people to think and act differently
- Content themes are completely fluid; if you want to learn about something, request it! Want to share some of the innovating work you’ve done for a client? Do it. Something cool happening in the industry? Let’s talk about it.
Do you want to share something completely non-work related? Go for it. It’s all about balance.
6
Together
7
- Everyone attends (no excuses) & everyone is encouraged to host sessions
- How can we share the content with our clients and the industry?
