I use this system to keep track of four things: my overall, at a glance, progress towards my goals (in the mastersheet), my invoices + income (invoices), expenses (expenses) and finally the progress on what I call my 'freedom fund' which is essentially the financial buffer I'm creating for myself and my business (freedom fund). Because of where I'm based and the size of my business, I don't need to use a specific format for tax purposes. As always, this is just an example: the trick to actually keeping track of your money and money goals is using a system that works for you.
