1. Custodial/Security is charged at a minimum of 2 hours. Charges are required 1/2 hour before starting time and at least 1/2 hour or more after the end of the event.
Custodial/Security staff to attendee ratio is 1 of each staff member per 50 people with up to 8 staff members (4 custodians and 4 security staff) for a group of 200+ people.
