1. To conduct market intelligence and analysis of existing customers to identify issues and potential.
2. To seek additional business / new business from current customers via tender or / and RFQ.
3. To provide solution to customer requirements.
4. Point of contact for contract management during negotiations, to solve contract disputes, contract renewals, cancellations and amendments.
5. To conduct periodic performance management
6. To handle dispute management and be the key liaison between the customer and internal resources
7. To improve and ensure current customer retention by proposing / implementing actionable strategies; and
8. Any other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.

1. Responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance.
2. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.
3. Prepare and generate weekly and monthly report.
4. Manage stock level and distribute customers from stock.
5. Update inventory and stock location record.
6. Establishes procedures for receiving.
7. Count incoming stock and reconciles it with requisition.
8. Reporting discrepancies between physical count.
9. Dealing with email enquiries from customers

1. To ensure that required reports are prepared, generated and sent to the various users on a timely and consistent basis.
2. To promote safety and housekeeping awareness and initiate activities in order to have a safe, clean and productive working environment.
3. To maintain and ensure effective communication at all levels.
4. To assist on stock count activity and to liaise with external parties regarding documentation.
5. To update all input required for the system.
6. Preparation of weekly and monthly operations report.
7. Make sure all documentations are organized in a file.
8. To learn both system PLB & Proton.
