21910DEFECTtriageP4stevenknightInstaller fails to detect Python 2.5.2 64-bit on Windows
4
consensusCONSENSUS: 1.x, p4, but who? Decision: Gary

6
Bill1.xp4Who has access to win64 ? And/or knows the windows installer? Perhaps we can request the reporter to grab part of their registry so we can figure out how to have the installer find the correct python on such a system.

Gary1.xp4I have win64 but always use 32-bit python, and never use the scons installer (always tgz, python setup.py install). But I could help w/ this.
10
Gregno clue
11
JimIt can find the non-64 bit version of python fine

21920FEATUREtriageP4stevenknightSupport extended options in 'Install'
17
consensusCONSENSUS: wontfix, but open an issue for filter functions
18
19
BillwontfixCan already be done with Glob() right?
20
Brandon
21
David
22
Garywontfixagree w/ others (except Glob has no "exclude" -- has to be done manually)
23
GregwontfixToo specialized. I could believe a function that filtered a tree and produced a list of files that could be used as input to any builder, but to limit the use just to Install() is too narrow. @Bill: cannot be done with Glob(); it's not recursive and cannot exclude patterns. @Steven: GNU Make has a set of wildcard pattern match, filter-in, filter-out functions; maybe we could take a page from their book.

27
Stevenwontfixshould be a more generalized "FilterOut" or "Remove" function. I think we have a patch submitted for that, or another issue? If not, I have a prototype that someone at Google wrote.
28
29
21950PATCHtriageP4stevenknightshould add support for latex nomencl package
30

Davidlow priorityLikely this is another example of needing a way to handle/issue error messages which are more user friendly.

Greglow priorityIrritating, but not fatal. Should be very late 1.x or early 2.x (but not anytime, it should be scheduled).
