FSBS - Consumer Fusion Integration Re-work

We are now just waiting Service Minder to load the data on the system in bulk for us. I followed up 11/04, to which SM replied they have several requests on the queue and currently no ETA to completion yet.

We are currently waiting on SM confirmation to notify Consumer Fusion we are live with the new logic and mark this as complete.

FSBS - E-commerce Store - Tweaks/Issues

Big Red Jelly reached out to us, with concerns on lack of requests on this project. We shared that internally we had a conversation with Lauren regarding the need of accounting to sync with FSBS Ops and create a process for Users and Orders to ensure they are synced. There is some worry regarding lack of engagement from FSBS Ops.

Lauren held a call with Nick, which she said was positive. She told that she needs to draft a communication to the team regarding what was talked. I followed up with Lauren on two instances about this email, but we haven’t received that yet. We are currently waiting to hear back from accounting on next steps.

I had a conversation with Shane regarding the concerns we have with the store and the challenges, which he mentioned he would talk to Steve about it and his vision of the priority of this project.

We held our first call with Outcode on this project. The highlights were:


# *Video Triage*

Diego is reviewing videos to triage which ones his specialist team should analyze. I clarified that while we may provide occasional examples, identifying relevant videos is part of their expected scope (not ours). I also suggested that the specialists themselves handle the triage, since they likely have better context and insights.

*2) Analytics Tracking*
The analytics team added new conversion events (form submit, thank-you page, phone click) to improve data collection. I encouraged them to consider tracking additional actions such as “Find Location” and service button clicks for more granular insight but left that decision to their discretion

*3) Next Steps*
We expect to receive an update next week on the analytics dashboard with the first bit of data and also the start of their UX audit / user analysis part.
