Instructions

DeliveryInput for all delivery costs and fees. E.g. a 20% Commission Charge by third-party delivery, a $4.99 Customer Delivery Fee.

PackagingInput for all packaging costs - a list of each Packging Item and its Unit Cost. E.g. a Wrapped Cutlery Kit for $0.56.

MenuInput for all food costs - a list of each Menu Item, its Retail Price, and its Food Cost. E.g. a Side Salad with an $8 Retail Price and $1.50 Food Cost.

Calculates COGS and Item Margin based on the selected Item Pakaging for each Menu Item.

OrdersInput for building three orders including up to 10 unique Menu Items and 5 unique Packaging Items.

Calculates the Unit Margin for each order based on Retail Price, COGS, and delivery costs.
