6 =4 +-1 +3 +0 ++Background: Ragnar wasn't born he just was... okay for real: Ragnar was an apprentice to his father's childhood friend, Jorgrin. Jorgrin served as the clan leader's (King Bawldor) royal blacksmith. Ragnar was proficient in both smithing and training with one-handed weapons and shields in the training yard. Ragnar was appointed Jorgrin's position as royal smith for the King after his death in battle against the Orcs, and also during times of war served on the royal guard for the king and his family. Seen as a son by the king his life was good until war once again ruptured their mountains. This time Orcs, Goblins and Giants stormed their keep and slaughtered all who couldn't retreat. Ragnar's family (2 sisters and both parents) and the king perished. Ragnar is unaware of any other survivors among his friends and clanmates. Ragnar had already escorted the royal family (minus the King) through the Orcs to the safety of the overworld. After attempting to charge back into the fray and slaying dozens of their enemy he was forced to pull back with a wide slash on his thigh and crushed armor. After full recovery Ragnar walked into a new world. With his abilities and skills he decided to do what he did best and explored the world seeking jobs involving conflict or smithing. The majority of his time is spent hunting bounties pinned on murderers, thieves, and the occasional beast.

Wis =0 +1 + +0 ++The dwarf is just standing behind the door... clad in armor he didn't say anything what is his problem? Walking to the far side of the bar he takes a seat at a nearly full table. The monk and George follow and take empty seats nearby. It's only ten in the morning how are these people already getting drunk? Why do I care? Maybe with so many people those thugs on our tail will just pass by. it's just too risky for them. I mean there is a fuckin little steel troll just inside the door waiting for them... A second later the door creeps open, and low and behold one thug is in the doorway hand on his sword hilt already scanning the room. His compadre on his heels joins him... Something has to happen. I have to- Turning to his right Arutha swings and smashes his fist into the face of the drunken man who, unfortunately for him, happened to be sitting next to Arutha when he needed a distraction... The man in a daze looks up confused about why this man would have done such a thing, but immediately becomes enraged. However, standing up and throwing a punch he misses wildly and falls right back to the floor. The bar bursts into a storm of punching, swearing, and flying bar stools. Looking back to the door Arutha can see the Thugs have realized they cannot hope to control this situation, and immediately duck back out the door and into the streets. Meeting his eyes Arutha finds the dwarf glaring at him as if he had ruined his master plan somehow, and out the door the dwarf goes Immediately followed by a bellowing insult to someone's mother. Then Arutha realizes the man he had laid out on the ground had a friend, and he was about to repay the favor. Just before he could react Bartle kicks the man in the leg slightly staggering him, and an empty bottle sails through the air and shatters on the mans head dropping him like a boulder straight to the ground. Turning to see his savior, George stands there looking rather upset with the whole occassion he is now caught up in. George gestures to the backdoor and off the three go into the back alleyway. Grouping up in the back Bartle asks about the dwarf, and George quickly realizes the messenger raven is still back in the bar. "God Damnit!" Arutha yells and pushes his way back into the bar, which is full on anarchy now. Many lie on the floorboards sleeping like babies as many more wreck havok on anyone within throwing distance. Scanning for the bird cage Arutha sees it and quietly approaches it carefully, not wanting to attract attention. Then the door opens and the dwarf backs into the room not seeming to care in the slightest what is going on inside. Turning his eyes widen and he drops to the floor as a bar stool rockets through the air and explodes into splinters agains the door he had just stood at. The dwarf eyeballs something, and following his gaze Arutha spots a lone man not moving. The ruffian is frozen in time while a battle is raging around him then gains his sense and dives under the nearest table for cover. Too late thoguh as Arutha's eyes dart back to the dwarf he is already staring down at the table and moving through the chaos straight for the exact table the man is under. Oh sweet lord, he is gonna kill the guy... A minute later the dwarf stands over the table with a glint in his eye. crouching down he reaches under the table and grabs the cowering man by his shirt. Pulling the man only part way to him he heaves the man's body upwards only for the man's face to meet the underside of the table. Holy shit. The entire bar table quivers and lifts off the ground for a second before falling back into place. The dwarf stands with the limp man's body clutched in his fists still gripping the shirt. Looking around the dwarf is somehow confused. The shine in his eye gone he drags the poor man towards the bar just behind them and hefts him up, climbs over, and sets him down on the otherside. What the actual fuck did I just witness? The dwarf is crouched behind the bar only the top of his back visible bobbing up and down, and sliding side to side. Is he? Holy shit he is eating that man... The dwarf glides down to the other end of the bar and lifts his warhammer up and slams it down with a rough thunk onto something hard. I'm in a party with a lunatic. A fuckin' cannibal dwarf. Just then the door opens for a third time, but this time two town guards rush in to bring order to the all out brawl. The dwarf leaps onto the bar now with a half-crushed lockbox from behind the counter under his shoulder and shield. Wobbling he drops the chest and with a sigh he jumps back behind the bar. Grabbing a mug Arutha aims and throws it toward him, but within a meter from mug-to-head contact the dwarf ducks down again. What could possibly be that god damned important right now, dwarf? A second later the dwarf shuffles over to where he had dragged the body over the bar, and then quickly climbs over the bar and waddles towards him. Stuffing something in his pouch he just now registers the guards ushering the drunks out the front door that have nearly cleared half the brawlers from the room. He waddles slightly faster. Walking past Arutha the dwarf seems almost gleeful, and with a shake of his pouch and a nod to Arutha he exits the backdoor. I let this man into my house... I've slept in the same camp... What have i gotten myself into...
