69	Findings and Recommendations:
70	*Out of 919 learners enrolled under Accreditation and Equivalency Programs (BLP, Elementary and Jr. High School),750 learners actually took the FLT due to some reasons;
71	some learners didn't return the FLT tool kit,
72	some learners unable to read the test questionnaire.
73	some BLP learners were not qualified to take the test due to un able to read the test materials.
74	*Conduct a home visitation to the learners who failed to return the tool kit following health and safety protocols for the them to cope up the lacking activities
75	*Most of them are capable of doing the FLT alone and most of them are needed to be guided while answering the FLT. And most of all it was all catered and entertained all their needs while having the conduct of FLT.
76	*The Learners are very attentive and participative , the conduct of FLT is not easy as of this time of Pandemic, but still there are Learners who are willing to have this kind of program.
77	*Some of my learners were busy working to support their family. The other were transfer to other places because of pandemic. Need follow up, home visit and Assessed Learners. Contact others ALS to facillitate the learners transferee.
78	*Some learners are busy in their work because most of them are already have a family. They don't have time to go to the CLC to take or get the FLT. Others also have transferred their residence and find work in other place.
79	*The ALS teacher will go the house of each learner who have not taken yet the FLT because they are busy in their job. Because they said that they will answer the FLT if they arrive home after their work.
80	*To continue conducting FLT assessment by following Health & safety protocols and follow up those learners who were not able to submit their FLT output.

82	*Learners are very difficult to have this conduct of FLT. As we all know we are facing pandemic in terms of affecting thier job that is why , they are always looking for their daily needs. But still they are there to give ample time for this kind of program.
