The highest bidder for each item will be contacted after the bidding closes at September 28th @10PM CT to provide receipt of their donation equal to the amount of their winning bid(s), DONATIONS MADE BEFORE CLOSE CAN BE REJECTED AS THE BID DONATION. Once provided, their items will be organized, credited, and/or shipped. DO NOT DONATE THE AMOUNT UNTIL AFTER YOU'RE CONTACTED AS A WINNER OF A LOT. You will receive instructions in an email from TragicLoss on how to confirm/provide proof.

Winning bidders who DO NOT provide proof of donation by September 29th @8PM CT can be considered FORFEIT and the next highest bidder for the lot will be contacted.

When you click Submit we will collect and process the information you have provided to us under this form to fulfill our obligations under this Charity Auction. Personal data collected will be retained for 45 days after all items (physical and digital) have been received by the lot winner(s). After this period, we will delete your personal data.
