Rules and Regulations

(1) The fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
(2) Admission is subject to clearing the qualifying examination, group discussion and interview.
(3) Failure to pay fees by due date shall result in imposition of fine.
(4) Batch transfer are not permitted. In special cases it allowed the students will be required to pay the requisite transfer fee.
(5) The scholarship (if any) in subsequent semesters will be subject to the candidate acquiring the prescribed percentage of marks as well as on his/her conduct in the University
(6) The admission of a candidate shall be cancelled if it is found that the admission has been secured on the basis of furnishing false documents/ incorrect information to the University.
(7) Student is required to inform the Netaps Foundation /University about any changes in his/her contact details
including permanent/correspondence / PG address, email-id at any point of time.
{8) The University reserves the right in make any changes, amendments to rules and regulations of admission
19) A candidate found including in drug, abuse, violence or improper behavior and who does not adhere to the rules and regulation as are relevant from time to time, will face disciplinary action and he/she may be rusticated depending on the recommended action of the disciplinary committee
(10) Activities that have the effect or intention of interfering with education, pursuit of knowledge, or fair evaluation of a student's performance are prohibited.
(11) The University will display important notices pertaining to fees payment, examination dates, projects, seminars, guest lectures, and industrial visits etc from time to time on the notice board. Students are advised to read the notice board regularly as no excuse of non compliance shall be entertained
(12) Asian International University reserves the right to cancel the admission if student fails to submit relevant documents or otherwise if fails to fulfil any condition
(13) Students undertake/certify that the documents submitted by him/her are original/ genuine and not fake and to the best of his/her knowledge. If found otherwise, the fee of the student shall be forfeited and separate legal action would be taken by the University
(14) University will charge the fee for various facilities like reappear/backlog etc. as decided from time to time
(15) In the event of any disputes between the parties the courts of Imphal, Manipur shall have exclusive Jurisdiction
