Think about spending our ICT budget wisely.
Using staff meetings and PD days to promote the vision forward for ICT in the classroom, as well as train staff.
Ensure ICT technician in school shares the same vision by discussing the future possibilities and opportunities.

1) Systems need investing in, needs to be more affordable.
2) T&W and other courses need to provide us with planning ideas instead of just showing us software/websites to use. Tell us how we can use these things with specific lesson plans, so then staff who are not as confident with ICT have support and an idea base.
3) You tell me!
4) Staff do not want to do the new curriculum because of the above.

Staff CPD. Decide whether we need a scheme of work. Familiarise ourselves with Purple Mash and Lego connect. Use technician to report laptop faults to try and achieve one laptop between 2.
