Your contribution (helping with tasks and bringing a plate to share) makes our event a lovely evening for everyone!

Please sign up for a task below.

There won't be plates or cutlery. All food items need to be things that can be served on napkins or in a mug.

Most food and drink will be sold for a gold coin. Sausages and Gluehwein will be costed to ensure no loss.

The event usually breaks even, but any profits made on the night will used for making further improvements to Spielwelt's venue or events. The fundraising coordinator can provide further information.

Water & juice table set up and supervisor (early start)
Dispensers are at the hall. Cups and melamine cups at in the attic at the hall. Juice and water will be bought by the 'Purchaser' and will be at the hall ready for set up.

Yes, we all have tired children after the event. Many hands makes it go more quickly for everyone. Some families come in 2 vehicles or we can help organise rides for anyone staying behind later to help clean up.
