You should also have a good microphone running though an audio interface and a good set of headphones. Jamulus Chamber Choir

NinJamNINJAM is open source (GPL) software to allow people to make real music together via the Internet. Every participant can hear every other participant. Each user can also tweak their personal mix to his or her liking. NINJAM is cross-platform, with clients available for Mac OS X, Linux, and Windows. REAPER (our digital audio workstation software for Windows and OS X) also includes NINJAM support (ReaNINJAM plug-in).A different take on latency by extending the latency out to normalize latency for all participants (have not tested this so I don’t know how it works yet). This mainly uses “loop-based” melodies. The latency is synced with how many counts the loop is, then people can connect their instrument with a variety of servers (anybody in the world jamming) and perform if they keep with the click track. This might be good for improvisation practice, but would be difficult for choral rehearsal.Free (Works best with Reaper DAW, which has a 30 day trial, $60 discounted license, $225 institutional license), there is an option for a temporary license for Covid refliefWindows, Mac, LinuxPreferred client REAPER, NinJam server installation instructions HERENinJam Server Setup

PPRPPR Part Study Recordings provide you with a proven tool to help vocalists not only study their part, but to increase their musical comprehension, demonstrate correct pronunciation, dynamics, phrasing and much more. So, how do they work? Each CD features a complete choral production (what we call the "full mix") performed by professional choral singers. Then, separate tracks are provided for each voice part; Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass, etc. Each track 'highlights' a section of the choir, for example: on the Alto version, the Alto part is 'predominant', with the rest of the chorus in the background. This helps the vocalist easily identify their part, allowing them to better follow their music, and to hear how their part fits into the composition.Average is $19.95 for each pieceAny device that can play mp3 audio files. Up to four parts are included in the price, which is US$1.00/page, for up to 20 pages a song or a movement.
