http://www.thelocalalameda.com/Sonoma County Fire-Relief Update: as of 10-16-2017
The Local is not currently accepting donations for the Sonoma fire victims; after the tremendous drive last week we need to take a quick break, regroup and re-launch in a more targeted way that takes into consideration the needs of specific residents. We are also establishing better working relationships with some of the relief agencies up North, so that we can be sure to bring what's needed by those in need. I will make sure to post updates on when and where to donate in the future. Thanks for all of your amazing gifts to our neighbors in Sonoma. Alameda is a very special town and we have a community in which we can all be proud. See you soon, Otto
