The empowerment and advancement of women, including the right to freedom of thought, conscience, religion and belief, thus contributing to the moral, ethical, spiritual and intellectual needs of women and men - individually or in community -guarantee the realization of their full potential in society and shape their lives in accordance with their own aspirations. Women's empowerment and their full participation on the basis of equality in all spheres of society, including participation in the decision-making process and access to power, are fundamental for the achievement of equality, development and peace. The participation and contribution of all actors of civil society, particularly women's groups, networks, non-governmental organizations and community-based organizations, with full respect for their autonomy, in cooperation with governments, are important to the effective implementation and follow up of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action. Promote people-centred sustainable development, including sustained economic growth, through the provision of basic education, lifelong education, literacy and training, and primary health care for girls and women. Ensure respect for international law, including humanitarian law, in order to protect women and girls in particular. In furtherance of resolutions numbers 12,20 and 27, and 44, and points 44 and 45 of Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action. To this end, governments, the international community and civil society, including non-governmental organizations and the private sector, are called upon to take strategic action to address inequalities and inadequacies in unequal access to education and training. In each critical area of concern, the problem is diagnosed and strategic objectives are proposed with concrete actions to be taken by various actors in order to achieve those objectives. During the period from 1995 to the present 2019, All India Shah Behram Baug Society (for Scientific and Educational Research) has facilitated the creation of an international platform for higher education providing equal access to women and men from all countries without any discrimination of nationality, colour, gender or religion, for original research work, which is for the universal benefit of humanity. Between 1996 and 2019, a total of 162 women from India, United States of America, Ecuador, China, Islamic Republic of Iran, Portugal, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Sri Lanka were able to gain a master and doctorate degree. During the same period 264 men from India, Ecuador, China, Islamic Republic of Iran, Italy, Germany, Russian Federation, Ecuador, United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland, and Malaysia, amongst others, gained a masteror doctorate degreeby completing a research thesis. The significant changes in the proportions between women and men occurred during the years after 2012. In the earlier period, the ratio of women to men averaged one woman to two men. However, after 2012 there was a significant change of ratio. • In 2012 there were 12 women and 17 men • In 2014 there were 11 women to 9 men • In 2017 there were 14 women to 10 men • In 2018 there were 12 women to 6 men • In 2019 there were 14 women to 10 men All India Shah Behram Baug Society (for Scientific and Educational Research)has succeeded in promoting the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action points 44 and 45 as indicated in above stated facts. The research topics varied including subjects such as health, environment, water purification technology, vastu, education improvements at school levels, peace studies, inter faith dialogue, amongst other. It is significant to note that the women thus empowered could hold positions of influence, such as university vice chancellors, schools principals, hospital administrators and health care providers, political positions including municipal corporators, architects, engineers, vastu consultants. Also All India Shah Behram Baug Society (for Scientific and Educational Research)has created a platform for spiritual upliftment that promotes peace through interfaith dialogue at national and international conferences amongst others, including avesta- zoroastrian ancient cosmic wisdom, buddhist, christian, jewish and jain and sanskrit vedic hindu wisdom, in accordance with the guidance of Shah Behram Varzavand Saheb. In support of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, inequalities and inadequacies in and unequal access to health care and related services All India Shah Behram Baug Society (for Scientific and Educational Research) has organised 32 annual world congresses of medicina alternativa as well as science and spirituality in Mumbai, and at Zoroastrian College near Sanjan, India, since 1986 till 2019. Through these world congresses knowledge about new and ancient methods of health care and the cosmic laws governing evolution through good health of body, mind, aura and soul is spread world wide, for benefit of good health of humanity. Experienced speakers on health topics have attended from many countries, including women from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Russian Federation, and from all over India. Since 1993, at Zoroastrian College near Sanjan, a rural area free health clinic has also been conducted using drugless therapies and low cost medicines to improve the standard of rural women’s health. In India, education at school level has been supported for the girl child with activities including, Ram Krishana Academy, New Panvel in Mumbai, India has 540children including 300 girls from six villages. The school has 100 per cent results within the first two years (2018 and 2019) in the secondary school certificate board examinations at level of tenth standard in english language medium, which is a record for rural villages. This school now has smart digitalised classrooms. She attended the sixty second session of the Commission On The Status Of Women, delivered a speech on platform of Temple of Understanding on 12 March 2017, and wrote and published a book titled, “UN CSW62: empowering women 50-50 by 2030”. An All India Shah Behram Baug Society (for Scientific and Educational Research) representative, has worked on educating physically challenged girls with a focus on hearing impaired girls. She has experience in educating them through sign language. She has been in this field for seven years and has been helping physically challenged girls. Another All India Shah Behram Baug Society (for Scientific and Educational Research)representative, the only woman who has achieved the unique educational distinction of successively holding the responsible positions of vice chancellor of four universities in India, has opened schools in rural India during the past two years, in Nasik area of Maharashtra state, for rural girls catering especially to girls from economically poor and under privileged families backgrounds. Girls are provided free school education, free food and accommodation in the girls hostels. She can present a paper on protecting, preserving, propagating the girl child. Networking with another non governmental organisation recently granted consultative status with the Economic and Social Council in 2019, SreiFoundation the representative attending the sixty fourth session of the Commission on the Status Of Women has worked for children’s upliftment through providing school education facilities in Kolkata, and teaching children the good values of life through inspirational stories available on internet.
