David Carruth, Golf Course Superintendent with the Murray City Parks and Recreation Department, said they collect the non-potable storm water and year-round run off water from the I-215 corridor running from the Old Mill exit down to State Street. This water is free flowing and is not metered so they do not have an accurate amount of gallons of water that they have used over the past 5 years.
