Even though Lee Davis is a PTO and are not eligible to participate, if the student or parent is a PTA or PTSA member of another school in Hanover county the student can still submit an application.
The Hanover County Council of PTAs annually awards a scholarship to one graduating senior from each Hanover County High School. These students are continuing on to either a two‐year or four‐year college or university. To be eligible, a senior or
their parent must be a member of a Hanover County PTA/PTSA. The scholarship focuses not solely on academic achievement, but also on a commitment to and engagement in community service.
