Kathy BoydUnity Church in the GardensJupiter, FLNoFriends of MinistrySpoke to Rhonda & Diane. They used FoM for 7-8 yrs & then a member offered to design & maintain their website so they went to that but only for about a yr. Even tho it was free, it wasn't working as well so they went back to FoM about a yr ago. They love it; it's amazing & easy. They maintain their own website and anyone could use the drag & drop. Rhonda has used WIX before and she stated it doesn't give all the integrations available with FoM. WIX is easy, but you have to create a lot of the content. Diane (the minister) stated that Cheryl at FoM is one of the most helpful people she has ever worked with and the website is wonderful & simple. They raved about FoM & Cheryl Harrison and gave their highest recommendation.

One Each since
Jan 2016
One time fee for development cost - they had a grant that helped with this. Annual maint fee $1,350 to incl hosting & tech support. Add'l one-time fee for setting up sonsors on their Home Page (appx $350); sponsors are people who help underwrite expense of website. They utilized training videos & webinars to learn special features. Their page auto updates Unity links. Calendar maintained by a church member. Very positive experience with tech support. They use Constant Contact for email - appx $300 annually. They recommend OneEach; it has everything they want & find it to be more cost effective than some others. They use OE text service - $15/mo.

Hope DodsonUnity of NashvilleNashville, TNYes, since 2010. They have not felt overly restricted by it. They had to change the church's name. They got permission to add to the webpage logo. Branding requires use of prescribed colors in the road-side sign.Square SpaceThey recommend FoM which they used for 12 yrs with good tech support, even after hours. Last month switched to Square Space as they have a very tech-savvy person on staff & minister is very particular about web content. Compared FoM Vs. OneEach 12 yrs ago & chose FoM as OE was not flexible enough, very cookie-cutter & expensive.

Patricia RiessUnity Spiritial CenterSun City, AZ YesWIXOne Each was too complicated & expensive. WIX is more affordable and so easy anyone in their group can use it. WIX has 100's of templates to choose from. Use our own photos, colors, fonts, designs & change as often as desired. It works on drag & drop system. This church live streams with one click of a button. They obtained a packet of logos & other items for their website from UWM.

WIX - kind of
Wix is very easy to use.
Scale of 1-10 it
would be a 2. It is very
intuitive in its design, and
has many tutorials
and pop-up guides to show
user the tools and design
elements.
The website cost nothing to set up. We did not
use any premium features in the design. However, we do pay
a small fee to use our own domain name without having WIX
in the title. This is called web forwarding and it's needed to
use your own personal domain name. Have not needed tech support.
Not part of the branding program, although we do use the current logo
and colors. WIX allows us to do everything OneEach program does for
a considerably lower cost. We do not use WIX for email support,
not sure if it is offered, but if it is, it would integrate nicely with the rest of
their products.
Overall WIX is a great web design company and far surpasses weebly in its
flexability and customization, while being much easier to use than more
advanced web builders such as WordPress. We would recommend WIX
to anyone who has very little to no web building experience.

Note: A church may become "branded" and utilize any web hosting service they choose. However, in order to use One Each, the church must become branded.

AT&TThis is what we are currently using $120 per year ($10.00 per month). We can keep our email system with AT&T with this $120 per year service if we change to a service that doesn't support email. Upgrade to $35 a month service for maintenance. $420 per year.Content Mgmt System*: Drupal, WordPress, Joola & upload of HTML files. Also Online Presence Builder drag and drop system.Carol's comments: Not pricey at $120 a year. In 11 years with AT&T  I haven't noticed slow network speed. The site has only been down twice in 11 years when AT&T installed new software. Excellent telephone support. Kathy's comments: Pros: Safe, convenience, good support. Cons: pricey, support issues, slow nework speed.

Friends of Ministry
$ 995.00 $ 350.00 FOM will provide maintenance for $520 per year. OR they will train up to 3 of our people to do maintenance ourselves for a flat fee of $149, which includes support.
Content Mgmt System*: WordPress
WordPress. Pros: Cost effective and easy. Easy to modfy code according to specific needs. Drag & drop functionality. Cons: open-source software = concern regarding security. For those who don't know HTML, customization can be difficult. Limited scalability.

WIX EditorDIY Website Builder $ 600.00 Carol left her phone number for a callback about maintenance services.
Website Builder: Drag & Drop
Pros: Highly intuitive and easy-to-use editor. Great value for money and help features. Highest public recommendation for any website builder. Cons: Can't switch templates after your website goes live. May have to spend more on 3rd party apps to scale your website. The sheer amount of customizable options can be overwhelming.
