7/19/16, meeting, Jimmy is now getting the Denton house on the market, and can get a house once it's sold. Per previous meeting - rent is applied if the house is not on the market by August 2016 offset by repairs and differnce house value between Aug 16 and sell date. Court says estate must be setted by Dec 31 2016, or another $500 cost is incurred. Jimmy would again absorb but hope it's not necessary.
Neecie needs to set up a walkthrough date with Mark to see damages/furnishings...

8/9/16 Browne Construction coming out to sign contract for repairs. $2950 quoted price. If they can get it done in 1 day instead of 2 with no problems, will come down to $2500... UPDATE: Completed for $2500
