1. Make sure you have the Google Sheets App! (Apple / Android)

2. Find your name on the DashboardSTEPS LOG

4. Leave a comment on our Instagram to log a workout (@thriveignite)

5. Go to our "Diet Log" each day to log whether you were on or off plan

6. Go to our "Steps Log" each day to log how many steps you did.

We update the workout tracker when we see your Instagram comment.

But we leave YOU to update your diet and steps if you choose to.
