9/25/2014 10:06:0115 Panasonic Lumix camerasI have 15 Panasonic Lumix cameras that I got through a grant. I have used them for various photography programs with teens and have also just let kids take pictures with them during programs. They are usually just sitting in the closet, though, so if you would like to borrow them for a program, I would be happy to lend them. They have rechargeable batteries and fairly large SD memory cards.Freedom Public Library

5/15/2015 13:14:16Giant floor chess set
Our giant chess set has a cloth "board" that measures 4 ft and has accompanying giant chessmen.

If the chess set cannot be picked up by the requesting library, the NHSL needs to give approval before sending it on the van, as we need to be sure there is room on the van. We can be flexible with the loan period depending on the needs of the requesting library.

5/20/2015 12:13:27Stories for strolls
We have three different books to put out along a path/aisle/trail area for families to read. A stop on the path offers a page that will lead to the next page as you stroll along the path/aisle/trail. Each book page is mounted on poster board, laminated and page numbered. The book titles are:
1) "Learning to Ski with Mr. Magee" by Chris Van Dusen
2) "Sail Away, Little Boat" by Janet Buell
3) "Not a Box" by Antoinette Portis
