If you require one of these fields, add it to the above as a new column, ensuring the column name in row 4 matches the field name in the Help article.

3. If you want to use this spreadsheet as your important template, you must:

3a. Delete rows 1-3, 5, and these IMPORTANT NOTES rows, leaving just the column header row and the data you want to import.

3b. You do not have to remove the column/cell shading as the next step will automatically remove it.
