Not as cheap per-unit as a regular print run, but then you won't have to mortgage your house, either. I believe they did Alien Frontiers. Costs a little more than some Chinese printers, but the quality is apparently worth it. Panda Game Manufacturing offers the very generous option of shipping to up to 10 destinations directly from Panda. Your freight company is one of those “destinations,” but the others can be group buys in Asia or Australia/New Zealand.

Board and card game manufacturers, with design capabilities, too but only go for their box, tray and tokens as this is their best quality. Books and jigsaw puzzles also. Looks like they can do things in plastics, too.
